Products are good - nice design and quality... But service is disjointed and spotty at best. Just try to follow up with a design associate after the sale - no luck without the 4-digit extension! Then wait for another group to schedule your delivery - 2 months after the purchase! Make an appointment for the restorer to clean up delivery blemishes - 2 weeks after delivery! Call to find out where the rest of the order is - sitting at the warehouse waiting for instructions, make another delivery appointment 2 weeks from now! Call to speak to your design associate - voicemail! Very little follow-through and absolutely zero accountability after the sale. Be advised, the showroom is the best part of the experience!

One of my favorite furniture stores. The place was huge and everything was laid out great. They have awesome products as well of course. The customer service was excellent, this woman was super nice in helping my wife and I out (we had our 21 month old boy with us also) in looking at a bunch of different color options for a furniture we were looking at. We spent a long time doing that and she didnt pressure us at all and in the end gave us samples that we could take home to help in our decision making.

Really like the location of this design shop, but Im a bit up in the air about the designs that Ive found at this location. I think that the pieces in here are more generic and not as high quality as I would like. I feel like EQ3 has better pieces and better designer products than Room and Board. I would also say that the areas around Room and Board are full of other design shops that everyone should check out!

We went here for fun knowing we couldnt afford anything. The furniture is AMAZING. however the customer service... well I would tell you about it if I got any. I cant prove that they purposely ignored me but I definitely did not dress as nicely or looked like I had tons of money to spend, so maybe they thought I wont waste my time on that guy. But Ill just pretend they were busy.. yeah

I just spent two hours this morning picking out furniture for our living room and had a wonderful experience. Judd helped me with the entire process and was very patient and helpful in making the final decisions. He was just amazing and I highly recommend working with him if your are having troubles making final decisions on a furniture remodel.

Great place for furniture and decor if youve grown out of Ikea but cant yet spring for Crate and Barrel. Their rug selection wasnt impressive but great if youre looking for a bed frame, table, or accent chair. Located in a huge warehouse, has many different pieces. Also ample parking if you preemptively bring a car for the haul.

This is my favorite furniture shop in SF. The products are all extremely high quality, and the store is beautifully laid out. Service has generally been helpful and friendly. The store has dedicated parking, which is very convenient.

Free parking in front of entrance, not too crowded, layout of store is chic, beautifully done. Friendly staff, not pushy but there to help. Most of the furniture is on the expensive side.
