Unfortunately, I was unable to agree the contract offered by Higuera Hardwoods, due to the fact that their company uses RELIGIOUS ARBITRATION in lieu of CONSTITUTIONAL remedies. "Arbitration shall be by a single arbitrator experienced in the matters at issue and selected by principal and agent in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation of the Institute for Christian Conciliation, a division of Peacemaker Ministries. The arbitration shall be held in Seattle, Washington and shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Christian Conciliation existing at the date thereof of the Institute for Christian Conciliation, a division of Peacemaker Ministries, to the extent not inconsistent with this Agreement." The products and services offered by Higuera Hardwoods are not adequate consideration for the forfeiture of my CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!

IN response to Mr. Smiths Allegations, A third-party National Wood Flooring inspector visited the site and found no evidence of product failure on the first flooring installation. Nonetheless, we supplied new flooring at our expense which was installed by the customer’s contractor. Following installation, the customer claimed the new flooring failed. Another inspection followed, and to our understanding, the inspection again revealed no product failure. We have followed up with this customer concerning the re-inspection but to date, have received no response and he has not shared the report with us. Higuera Hardwoods work hard to respond promptly and fairly when a customer is dissatisfied and believe in this particular instance, we fulfilled that obligation. Joe Gallegos CEO

So far our Bamboo floor has been replaced twice!! The first time owner Joe H. would not come and see the problem. He sent a certified inspector from the National Assoc. instead. The new floor was replaced. It has started to fail again. We will see what he does this time. Feel free to contact me for detail on the Strand Bamboo flooring in question.

We ordered several trim pieces and bamboo plywood for stair risers. This first shipment came severely damaged, but Higuera Hardwoods was great about the return. They shipped out replacements the next day. Nice site, decent prices, and you get to talk to real people. Cant ask for more than that!
