I walked in the store and I immediately felt welcomed. It was the first store I went to because of the reviews (thanks Craig!). Though later I checked out sleep train and I didnt get top notch service plus higher prices. Im so glad I bought my bed from mattress superstore!!! Go here and youll love it too! I had help from a very friendly gentlemen (maybe the owner or store manager) and he helped me find a perfect bed. Also they have great sales/deals! Everything i needed for $1,400 which the one bed alone cost that elsewhere and I got box spring,frame,sheets, &protector. :) I felt like I was treated like royalty and I look young for 34. So it was great to feel valued no matter who I was. The matress was delivered free of charge the next day and setup plus took my old one. I also have time to try it out at home and can exchange it if I dont like it. But I know Ill love it!!! Sealy posterpedic plush pilowtop matress. :)

Went to sleep train with my wife. We were after a new king sized bed and thought we would try out sleep trains new promotion to go with the new branding. Found a mattress that was perfect and they made us a "deal". $1999.99 is what they quoted us for that mattress. My wife perked up and we were going to jump on that offer but I asked her if we could sleep on it (Pun intended). We went home and I called a few places and ended up calling Battle Ground mattress superstore. The manager said he had some deals and quoted us a package for $999. We were intrigued so we drove down their that night. We ended up buying the mattress, boxspring, sheets, and a nice wood bed frame for $1400+. We are so happy with everyone there. Im recommending them to everyone who needs a mattress. A+++++

My wife and I stopped by just to see what kind of mattress we were interested in and to learn a little bit more about pricing since weve never purchased a mattress ourselves. Brian was immediately attentive to our needs and was a great pleasure working with him. Not one ounce of sales pressure and he had us try more than a few mattresses out to find out not only what style of mattress would work best for us but also what fits in our budget. Ended up purchasing a new mattress at a great price that included delivery and hall-away of our old mattress. 10/10 would mattress again!

Best service and experience ever!! Hands down I will be back and send all the referrals I can. Respectful weather we were looking at the 6K bed or the $800.00 clearance bed, treated the same and not pushy. Very great customer service even tho they were short staffed with only one person on the floor he was never too far away to answer our questions. Free mattress cover, pillow, sheets, delivery and paid my taxes.......... cant beat that!! highly recommended.

Brian at the Battle Ground location was awesome to deal with! We needed 5 mattresses for the sleeping quarters at Clark County Fire District 10 in Amboy, WA. Because we were a Volunteer Fire Department, he gave us an excellent price in hopes it would convince more volunteers to donate their time by pulling night shifts to help with coverage. Thanks for hooking us up and helping out your community!

Brian is the man. I went in looking for the perfect mattress and he helped a ton. He didnt try to up sell me, but he helped me find one that will help with my back problems and not destroy the bank. He is very good with veterans and I will always recommend him and this store. Dont waste gas going to Portland come here.
