FOR STACKABLE WASHER & DRYER! If you have an older built house with a dryer power plug on the ground, you have a very small chance that the 6ft. cord is going to reach from the top of your dryer to the ground. The sales people will make it seem like it will fit no problem (we brought measurements & they failed to mention that the plug was on the complete opposite side). You will then find that you need a 10ft + cord, and will be surprised to find out that they dont carry or make such a thing. In fact, they might even make you think its crazy that such a thing would exist. We found a cord on Amazon to fit, but you should research and make sure to find the cord before you order. You would think Home Depot would have figured this out by now and would provide such a cord, or least tell you the 6ft cord will only fit if your plug is EXACTLY below where it comes out of the dryer.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a BBQ at the Gig Harbor Home Depot. They had free assembly, it was ready for pick up mid afternoon on a Wednesday. Upon pick up we soon realized that the assembled BBQ didnt fit in our car. Knowing it was for my husbands birthday that night, management and staff without hesitation put it on a Home Depot truck and delivered it to our door step at no charge. They were helpful and treated us like friends. We were able to celebrate my husbands birthday with a BBQ that night! Thank you Home Depot in Gig Harbor, and to the staff who went above and beyond my expectations!! We couldnt be happier with the new grill!

Its a Home Depot like any other Home Depot. You go because you need to fix something that broke, buy something to organize your stuff that works, or return something you bought. And you know, because its a Home Depot, youll be on your own in finding what you think you need and then using your phone to double-check. You DONT go to a Home Depot... EVER... because you want remarkable customer service. The Gig Harbor location doesnt break the mold in any way whatsoever.

They botched a special door order on 4 of my 10 doors and then waited a week and a half order the replacements. No rush order was placed on the replacements so had to wait another 5 weeks and then they said it was going to take 4 days to deliever the replacement doors. If I want crappy service and poor communication I will go to walmart. I will take my business elsewhere.

Sorry but I am done at this store. I have to cross the bridge to go to Lowes if I ever need any information. The sales people here know just the basics and that is about it. I wish they had true experts in the store but I think they just have minimum wage folks for the most part. Always walk away disappointed.

It seems everytime I go in there they are blocking off 2 or 3 aisles of the stuff I need. Why dont they keep the lower shelves stocked and restock the upper storage racks at night. They are constantly doing this. I just go to Lowes now, I rarely have that problem and they usually have what I need in stock.

Staff: attentive, kind, knowledgeable, appropriate number available to manage all customers. Store: well stocked and organized, bathrooms clean, easy to navigate isles, all home improvement departments offered Location: convenient, generous parking, easy loading and truck access.

Just another Depot nothing special. Exceptionally smaller than most and NO FREAKING TOOL RENTAL? WTF! Oh ya, someone that was part owner of the local tool rental place was on the Gig Harbor city council and didnt want to let it in. Another corrupt government!

Home depot has crap wood slow service rude employees management need more people in lumber to help with customers. I went over to garden and there was lot of employees and then you go to lumber and there is 2 people not very good customer service

Piss poor service, staff are not knowledgeable they tell you they have it in stock and then its not there, lack of attention to detail and cant even pour piss out of a boot. Dont bother wasting your time going to this circus.

Good experience until checkout. I went here because of Google Wallet suddenly Google Wallet stopped working and no one can tell me anything about when it will be fixed so for now Lowes is closer.
