Went in their because I found a couch online that we were really interested in for our home theater (Savannah 702 power recliner). I walked in wearing my high visibility jacket and dirty jeans and my fiance a camo jacket and carhartts. My fiance noticed an employee looking at us confused and pointed it out, i made a joke to the extent that we didnt "fit it" and we laughed it off. But then the employee approached us asked if this was our first time here. It was. So we told him we were just browsing. He then proceeded to tell us this was the main show room but that they also had a discount show room with more affordable things and pointed towards it. We didnt pay attention to his comment until he approached other customers a couple feet away from us and had a coumpletly different conversation. Was more friendly didnt mention anything about the discount show room, was smiling, including a more engaged and personal conversation. I am writing this review because honestly its quite offensive to be treated like that. I make over 100K a year I have no problem paying or affording their furniture. Just because I dont dress the part or act like it doesnt mean I should get treated differently. My money is as green as anyone elses. They dont care about the customer, just the money. Definetly lost my respect as a customer and a person.

Wes was our assistant at NW Rugs and he gave us the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I was helping my friend find area rugs and both of us were not well enough to go around the show room and we told him what we were looking for and approximately what we wanted to spend and he brought the rugs to us! We didnt ask for this service, but he took it on to himself that it would be easier this way, so thoughtful! It was so appreciated very much, my friend was in her walker and my hip and knee was not doing well that day. We will be back again, huge selections as well. We were pleased to find what we wanted and bought it that day. We went into the store thinking we would just get some ideas, but our salesman was so helpful. He listened to what we liked and only pulled out pieces that fit our interests and needs. We ended up finding exactly what we wanted and purchased the carpet. It was ordered and delivered within two weeks.
