I went to National Builders Hardware based on a referral from a cabinet shop, not having been told I needed an appointment. Wanda was extremely helpful in describing what I needed to do. Though she was waiting for an appointment, she took the time to show me some options for some hardware. Ultimately, I wasnt able to purchase what I needed because I had a very quick turn around (that day). However, because of Wandas awesome customer service, I will definitely be looking here when I re-do my kitchen. The showroom is wonderful, and there are hundreds of options.

They have nice products, but I also agree with one of the other reviewers. Their return policy stinks. Its 14 days regardless if you have a receipt or not. I purchased 1 extra bracket for like 30$ and I wanted to take it back. They said 14 days with or without a receipt and literally hung up the phone on me when I explained to them that is a poor way to conduct business. I will not be going back unless I absolutely have to.. You will save money by purchasing online anyways. Its still a good place if you are in a pinch.

The sales floor is amazing, and great to bring clients in to try out all the pulls, slides, and glides. A great way to upsell quality in construction and options. The product line is complete, although they carry Hettich instead of Blum. Standard items are in stock, and they stand behind the products they sell. The sales staff are easy to deal with, and ask all the right questions. I especially appreciate the call when special order items arrive. The service keeps me coming back.
