Pharmacy wait time is on the average 20mins to an Hour. Very often out of stock on common items. We have waited over an hour to be told "we dont have enough remaining to fill your husbands order" can you return Monday? We live 93 miles from the closest Costco ( this location) so "No"! After transferring his medicine, we found it was over $11 dollars cheaper at Rite Aid than the Membership Discount at Costco price. Rite Aid in The Dalles is closer by 88mi. Hmm..wonder if Costco will Price Match? Lost 2* as they should tell you prior to your 1 hour wait than afterwards if they are out of stock. -The Grocery section is a bit disorganized. I see NO guides, nor placards on aisles to indicate what is down the aisle. Meat is 5 from Fruit and there are 2 Dairy sections? Why not put the Yogurt 5 feet from the Dairy walk in cooler? Makes more sense to me. Ive found 3 staples which make Costco worth while, but ONLY IF IM IN Portland. Instant Cofee at $8.59 for 16oz is AMAZING! Lasts 2 adults 1 month. Milk Bone Dog Biscuts 15lb box at $9.59 are lower than the 10lb box sold at Fred Meyer and Walmart. Bananas, always $1.39 for a bunch beat Grocery Outlets price of $1.99 and look much better too! There are just 2 remaining in my household so we cant purchase what we use as they dont sell 1 Gal of milk or soymilk. You have to buy 5Gallons. Lack of space and inability to consume before spoiling sadly limit our purchases as I cant buy knowing it will be tossed out. For large families, Costco seems a blessing! For we empty nesters, and Vegetarians who love exotic, Natural Foods, Costco sadly is NOT the solution for saving. If I can talk my dogs into eating less Milk Bone Treats, and we quit Instant Cofee, I wont be renewing my membership next year.

Other pharmacies charge more... Seriously! Even with insurance! And some of the people there are so kind. I say some of them because, there are a few that need to take a class on customer service. I wont name names, because I think they know who they are. I give them a break though, because, not everyone is cut out to serve customers.

Older store, not as large as Hillsboros but still good size. Friendly staff, great samples at the right time of day. Best overall prices are from Costco, but dont expect to be in and out in five minutes. ;)
