Less than poor ran out the door for Claritin D.. .( you need a picture id for this) took my passport since I am going to France...and walked to Safeway....ordered the ClaritinD. the woman Elizabeth said we cant take passports as an ID!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME...she was rude! I was treated poorly@! wow.... dont start me then the assistant manager came over..JOSH..he was young as well..... and he argued with me that the ABC liquor control board wont allow passports as a legal ID for liquor..I AM BUYING AN OTC decongestant... not liquor!!! he said safeway policy says NO PASSPORTS AND NO MILITARY ID.... because it doesnt have my height and weight on the passport...who are you kidding my old drivers license has the weight when I was in high school and hair color as well.....wow....dont start me . we argued the other older woman okd my ID.... Elizabeth said she couldnt find my address (LIKE PAGE 7) incompetent!!!! .both these KIDS dont have a passport..which has a picture, birthdate, and SEAL..... address etc etc etc I have had a passport over many years, international business travel total incompetence.... I called safeway stores corporate office...that these two individuals dont know what a passport is or what it takes to get one...is ridiculous.. and i am NOT HAPPY with being treated so rudely...and I asked the corporate office...and PASSPORTS ARE LEGAL...I have a complaint number for the case...this has to be stopped... The real manager Dennis was off site.......hope he fixes this... these people are too young and dont know what a passport is and for their information U S PASSPORTS are LEGAL Identification around the WORLD and they said SAFEWAY POLICY is not to accept passports....... I DON"T CARE ABOUT ABC laws...Josh was just as insulting as Elizabeth UGH I think for experience JOSH AND ELIZABETH should be forced to apply for a PASSPORT that will do it for me!!!! I bet nothing happens though because Safeway wont get the review!! I did call corporate and have a case number. PS I WORK IN HIGH TECH CRIME...seen enough illegal licenses to know

The staff are very well trained to care for the customers and the pharmacists are very helpful and serving. Frank is a really good pharmacist and goes out of his way to assist and make the experience as pleasant as possible. The lines move quickly along and there is rarely much of a wait. Thanks.

USED to be a great pharmacy. Ive had lots of trouble getting meds over the past year. They had a big staff turnover and they never seemed to be in sync. On the positive side, the management is aware of the problems and is "working on it".
