I was listening to my cassette player, I came in with my pug, and duffle bag. This guy told me to stick it behind the counter he said that duffle bags arent allowed in the store. I just came in to get my prescription. I just wanted a hug. Then I realized I left my wallet in my car. I needed some new headphones I bought some Craig and it broke, they guy told me it was at my discretion and the rest of the items I had he really didnt know whether that was the right battery or not. I had an arrangement I was doing for a get together and they were totally directionless. Their customer service is exceptional. I walked in to Safeway the other day, I didnt want the bag, so I threw it. So I forget my gum. The guy chases me out of the store and tells me "You should have gotten a bag". They are just so degrading. I cant believe people behave that way.

The staff is not friendly or helpful. Most of the staff does not seem familiar with what they are selling. Ive seen the pharmacy staff argue loudly. Ive seen one of the younger, male employees ride his bike out the front entrance. Ive seen younger employees horseplay and engage in personal, and very inappropriate conversations, in the presence of customers. This store is a poorly managed mess.

List pharmacy and store hour separately. I cant be the o Ly one that has had this problem...I show up at 830 as the site says the pharmacy (that I specifically searched and listing says rite aid pharmacy with hours) is actually not open until 9. Now I am late to work. Thanks rite aide for for a jacked up site.

This is a fantastic Rite Aid; a huge selection of convenience items, as well as a massive Beauty section (set up to look almost like an Ulta) that Ive never seen in any other Rite Aid before. Very friendly service as well at the register... lots of west coast friendliness!
