After almost 6 months, I FINALLY get a bill demanding payment or they are going to send my $40 balance to a collection agency. I called the number on the bill and got the RUDEST, MOST OBNOXIOUS woman who started yelling at me when I asked why the first bill I get from them is threatening me with a collection agency and charging me a $15 late fee despite the fact that I had never received any other bill. I told her to stop yelling at me and she hung up on me. Several days later the "Manager" from Vancouver calls and is very apologetic and tells me that they had the wrong address on all the previous bills and that he would make sure that the $15 late fee was taken off. Today, 3 days after I paid the bill (minus the $15 late fee), I got another bill saying that if it not paid in full within 10 days, then they would send the bill to a collection agency. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BUNCH OF IDIOTS, THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER PHARMACYS THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I absolutely hate this pharmacy. Unfortunately my job wont let them go so I have to deal with them. Theyll say a delivery is coming and it never does. Their customer service representatives hang up on you or put you on hold indefinitely. You order something, dont hear anything afterwards and call back, they act like you never ordered anything or dont know why. Never had so many headaches in my life. Geneva Woods is flat out terrible, honest to God.

This is not a professional firm, they are lazy and do not know how to keep up a front desk. I stood outside the door for twenty minutes, ringing the buzzer to get in, nobody apparently heard the buzzer, but me and my boyfriend both saw a lady walk out in the back area, and then promptly walk away into another room, at least inform your receptionist or someone to attend to the people waiting outside in the cold. Worst service ever.
