A very earnest tech (she seemed new and she was very friendly and trying hard) was helping me and got tripped up trying to enter my insurance information. The pharmacist marched over and snatched the card out of her hand and was SO rude to the tech in front of me (the customer). I was pretty shocked at her behavior. It then took them over an hour to "fill" a Rx they had just confirmed in front of me they had plenty of in stock, at a really slow time (10am on a weekday, only saw one other customer the entire time I was there). As I waited in line again for pickup, the pharmacist shouted unnecessary instructions across the room in a nasty tone regarding another customer (ie tech: What is your name please? customer: Phyllis Wilson [not real name here] tech: Thank you. pharmacist shouting across the pharmacy: Its last name Wilson, first name Phyllis!) Like thanks, I think she could understand that part... and poor 93-year-old Phyllis didnt necessarily want her name announced to the world at the pharmacy counter. I wonder if that study about nurses and doctors being rude to each other affecting quality of care extends into pharmacy...

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Two times in a row it has taken them four hours to fill prescriptions for my seven month old and two year old. The only reason I use them is because of the drive thru, but after this last experience, Id rather deal with the hassle of hauling two kids inside a pharmacy than having to go through the drive thru THREE times in order to get prescriptions filled. Im filling ordinary prescriptions too - nothing they should have to call around in order to fill.

They encouraged a woman to sit in the drive thru for over 25 min. Cars were stuck and honking. You could hear the employee helping her say "No, I want you to wait here. They can wait their turn." It was so inconsiderate and spiteful to the other four cars with families in line. They should have asked her to take it inside. I have had a lot of issues with Rx not being filled when they said they would be and even the incorrect dosage, twice.

Twice now my doctor has sent my prescriptions here and they loose them (computer acknowledged)... they fax (fax achnowledged) and still lost...finally on third try they call acknowledge the receipt verbally. Since I was new in their system I was ok. Now this time I figuredone send would be fine...nope lost! I am changing to Walgreens next door, they have a drive thru and the pharmacist has a brain!
