I have always had good friendly service in this store. In fact I asked them to help me determine my new puppys weight and the actually weighed her on scale and helped me select dosage for her. Although by some standards, their prices might be a little high, and selection not as vast as a big box store, they are not out of line for a small coastal town such as Newport where they are located. I like this store and we shop here often

I live in this town and go to this store. The past few years the customer service and the return policy has been exceptional. It helps if the customer has a friendly attitude if they need to ask for help. It is a fairly large store with a good inventory and often the employees are busy with other customers. I love the place. I didnt the first year it was open but that manager was let go and now all is well and I love going in there.

I like coming here. They have a HUGE selection of dog and cat food-you have so many options and dont have to buy cheap food at the big box stores. Anyways, theres cheap tobacco and vape products if you are into that sort of thing. The gals at the counter are always very helpful and positive. They can give you insight to many of the products they sell. I would recommend this place over Petco, Petsmart, etc.

Looks good from the outside. on the inside its high prices, bad selection, and worst of all terrible service. I tried to return somthing without a receipt and they accused me of strealing and tried to not return my goods to me. I even gave the boss the credit card number used to purchase and i had to wait 40 minutes for this guy to give me my stuff back. I reccomend not shopping here.

I have found them to be extremely helpful and obliging - even ordering for me and doing a great deal to meet prices I can find elsewhere. I especially like that I am always greeted when I enter, helped if I have questions, and thanked when I leave. Sad that you notice that as a rarity and not business as usual.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Everyone but the "fish expert" guy Zack is super friendly and helpful. Zack on the other hand is a douche bag. Everything you say is wrong and hes always right. Shouldnt be working in customer service. And rolling your eyes at customers is super unporfessional.

This place had a wide variety for dogs. I was sad I didnt find this place at the start of my trip. The doggles would have saved my puppys eyes on the beach. I will definitely return my next trip to the coast.
