I reluctantly left my pet here after they walked me back to where my pet would be kept. Upon seeing the uncleanliness I was horrified. Unfortunately, I was on a time constraint, and obviously did not have someone else available to watch my pet. The caged area smelled like urine and it was dirty. Very dirty. When returned to pick up my pet 2 weeks later, I had requested that he receive a bath prior to my pickup and extra attention while I was gone. I doubt he was given attention, but had hoped they would take special care of him since we paid the extra amount. He also was not bathed. I was told he was too nasty. My pet is the most mellow animal, hes never bit anyone. He was so upset and unhappy at this facility he defecated on his toys and blanket. His toys and blanket were returned to me unwashed when I picked him up 2 weeks later. They didnt even bother to wash off the feces. When I picked my pet up he was filthy, he smelled like excrement and he clung to me for dear life. I doubt they every let him out of the 2x2 cage. It was pathetic. I feel horrible. This place is bad news. Dont leave your animals here.

Very clean facility. A couple highs and lows though. My small dog (Dachshund) boards here when Im not able to find a sitter and he is happy to come every day. However, my large dog (Border collie, Great Pyrenees) absolutely HATES it here. I seriously believe that he was treated poorly when he was a puppy here because to this day, he cries as soon as we walk in the door and will not let the groomers touch him. Their grooming services they offer are great for my small dog. I believe that staff definitely has their favorite dogs and that is totally fine but the ones that dont immediately cooperate should not be drug to the next location such as bathing. 2 years ago I had put up a 5 star review and I am sad to learn the things I have about the treatment of my large dog. Dont bother paying for any of the "TLC" because they wont bathe your animal or clip the nails. Staff seems nice but they write little notes in the computer disrespecting customers. "Was rude on phone, very confrontational, Lied about x" all I asked was why after days of boarding, services I paid for were not completed until the minute I was picking my animal up. Avoid if you can.

This place is absolutely incredible! Usually having my cats armpits shaved costs $100 at petco! WTF! Thats so much. The lady here could tell I was having a rough day + charged me $10. My one regret is that I was so ditzy from all the chaos of my day that I forgot to give her a fat tip! Oh well, next time :)

For the second time, special instructions were not respected when boarding my small dogs. I dont think anyone even reads it. I was told my request was a safety issue, but someone should have called me before using a choke collar on my little dogs! Never boarding there again.

Not open during the week (5/30/2011 - closed), and the woman who answered the phone would not disclose how much grooming was for a beagle. Where is PetSmart when you need them?
