I bought a cake last night at around 830 and I was unaware that a tres leche cake needed to stay basically frozen until your ready to eat it. So because I was unaware and where I picked it up at wasnt in the Frozen area the cake was near cupcakes. So when I got home I put it in the fridge and got it out this morning to have a slice and the entire bottom two layers were not edable they looked like bread that you soked in water. So I called the store and explained the situation to the bakery department but as soon as they hear tres leche they Automatically said well its supposed to be soggy like that and started laughing at my misunderstanding. Now I was under the impression that in your not 100 percentage satisfied you bring stuff back right well not only did they not offer to let me just bring the $26.00 cake that is now not edible back and get a different one they literally laughed and said well guess you know now. Seriously this is the customer Service there? I will never shop at that Albertsons again. If I could give 0 star I would.

this was a 4-5 star place a few weeks ago. unfortunately as with some other businesses management can wreck what was a success. with the gas especially they have decided to enact consumer hostile policies. the days of using cash outside, filling small landscape bottles or even pulling in whichever way is easiest are gone. i know many of us really appreciated the customer service that WAS there and its sad to see bad management wreck another local business. when you ask the employees what changed the answers are universal "management and store director" i hope that someday i can delete this review and add more stars. i guess time will tell if it will be a business i frequent anymore.

I like this Albertons i find everything im looking for, their produce is always fresh, and it has a Starbucks which is very convenient for me :) the only thing is that there is only 1 or 2 registers open every time i go sometimes i just want to run in and out and cant ever seem to do that, also i have a hard time finding employees on the floors to help me. I give 5 stars because i have the same issue at all of the grocery stores i visit so this one beats them for having a great selection and fresh produce

I was so happy to find that you carry Alpenrose milk and Umpqua frozen greek yogurt, until I got them home. The frozen yogurt had the consistency of frozen desert that had melted and been refrozen, the milk went bad before the sell by date. I am concerned that your freezers may not be cold enough.

This location is always consistently clean. Its huge for a grocery store, yet is easy to get around and find stuff. My only gripe is that the items are on the expensive side (compared to Safeway). There are coupons and deals, but it seems to me, they are too few.

I went once and got a Henry Weinhards rootbeer but didnt have a bottle opener on me so the staff just said I could use one from the kitchen aisle. I didnt even ask to do that, I was just gonna wait til I got home but that was quite nice of them.

They always have what I am looking for, nice Gluten free section, items that are gluten free are mostly all marked. small organic selection, but they have it which is nice. Local bacon!

This store has only closed once at 11pm, New Years Eve 2013. Everyday its open till midnight except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
