Went here yesterday and the cashier failed to tell us that our Vons club Card didnt work. SO our bill was twice as much$$$!! (Grrrr) Hate these cards! If Vons really cared about their customers they would just get rid of this annoying system.

While today a checker actually made eye contact and was friendly....my experience here at the HBG Safeway is that the employees dont even make eye contact. They may be fast, but not friendly...I hope this changes!

Always helpful staff! Produce is always well stocked and large organic selection. The service desk could use more staffing however. Its often left with out anyone there and the hours are random.
