Been shopping here for years but wont be from now on! Today at 5:45 I was standing in the express line with ONE item, there were two people in front of me and three people behind me and the cashier (taller lady with long grey wavy hair) had apparently flicked her light off, meaning she was closed now, just when I was next in line. I didnt see her turn the light off and she told me "Im closed, go around". I didnt mind. I went around to the other express line and the cashier went on to make jokes with the two customers she was still helping about how dumb myself and the three customers were behind me for not seeing that she was now closed, all the while Im standing directly behind her hearing everything she is saying and so did the customers behind me. I could care less that I had to go to another express line after already waiting five minutes in the previous line, Im just blown away by the total disrespect of someone working in customer service.

It is by far the worst Safeway I have ever visited in the last 2 months I have had the displeasure of going there most of the employees would be fired at any other store. 3 times in the deli section I have been flat out ignored and overlooked to wait on other customers after this last one I have decided to never go in again she made a big deal about helping a man standing in line before me which was fine I have no problem waiting my turn but after that she turned to help another lady who I watched just walk into the store.

If the only stores around were the no-name stores with no-name brands and stale warm vegetables Safeway would be that much more of a bonus. Deli bar, huge variety of breads fish, and organics, I love Safeway. It is more expensive but sure worth it to the cook in the house.

I hate this store you cant get up and down the aisle. Displays block aisles and food on shelves. You are almost forced to buy organic and it is expensive. It has a lock on the market unless you want to go to the discount grocery or drive 20 miles to the next.

I have had some bad experiences with Safeway but Willits Safeway is actually a good place to shop. Many of the employees are good hard working and friendly people. There are a few I avoid but most are willing to work and help customers.

Being in Willits leaves us with very few shopping market options Safeway is definitely the best choice. Their produce is nice and fresh the prices are not terribly high either. Overall this Safeway locations is great.

Produce is good organics, ok prices, meat is expensive and not great quality for price. I shop for sales most of time as you can buy same products else where for half price. Do diligent pricing its worth it.

Vary exspensive and long lines that block the path of shopers pharmacy is vary expensive to but acccepts inshurace so thats not a prob for me they do carry the better of genaric meds thats why i go thare

Very crowded hard to get around very poorly laid out no room for lines at the checkout. We do most of our shopping in Ukiah. However Gary is a great checker! Always up beat and friendly.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The prices are quite a bit higher than most areas. The best thing about this Safeway is that it does have a gas station.
