Terrible Starbucks experience today at 11:15 am on 7/8/2017. I was second in line and was just getting a pastry from the case. Customer in front of me decided to have a lengthy conversation about several different sandwiches and drinks he wanted. The Starbucks employee on duty proceeded to go in the back and hunt for sandwiches that she couldnt locate, while I waited. She finally found them, and then started making his drinks. While she was standing there, I asked her if she could just grab me something out of the case real quick. She replied, that she had to make all the drinks first for the other customer. I waited tell she got the drinks going, and then asked her again If I could get my pastry. She replied that she had to make the whole order first. Meanwhile, this is all happening while another Starbucks employee walks by and doesnt bother to help either. After I respond by saying that it was rude to make me wait this long for a simple pastry, she then proceeded to take her time with her current order, almost as though she was enjoying the fact that I was annoyed. In the end, I ended up cursing at her unfortunately, (my bad), and walking out. I will never go there again. Unfortunately it seems the employees that work at this Target Starbucks do not act as professional and courteous as the Starbucks employees from your regular store fronts. I feel that a simple solution could have been reached to avoid this encounter. Simply going the extra mile and taking an extra 30 seconds by multi tasking both orders would have been more efficient rather then causing this outcome.

My worst target store experience ever. Went to get Whole milk and a $50 gift card at the store. Reached at 9:50 and the store closing time is 10 pm. They had removed the milk for the store closes at 10. That part I understood but the employee there was too rude and didnt know how to talk to a customer. In a very offending tone he told me "you have come very late and I cant help you". Somebody pls teach this guy some manners and put him through some customer centric training. I have always have had good experiences at any target store in California so this behavior really surprised me a lot. The guy literally gave such bad stare I felt like teaching him that being nice wont kill him. His behavior made me furious and I left without buying anything. ($50 gift card and milk). I went and picked up the stuffs at Safeway. Its employees like these who dilute the brand image. Shame!!

Rarely do they have more then 1-3 registers open. Without fail, day or night, beginning of month or end of month. They should stock their stores during closec hours. 1 out of 2 shopping trips there, i cannot even take a shopping cart down an isle do to tons of boxes and and e ployes working. Shopping carts are not convient for families with more than one kid. I have been avoiding Target since i now hzve two small children and no way of carting them safely, while i shop. They should have designated Family Parking near the entrance. The starbucks inside is dissappointing. I use to work for starbucks. I have yet to have one hot beverage that is starbucks value.

Its one of those little things that just rub me the wrong way, but it is horrible customer service so Im leaving my comment. Recently I bought some items at the Fairview location and paid for them in cash. The cashier however didnt have enough change so she told me (not asked me) I would be shortchanged because she didnt have all the change back. No other solution was offered, I wasnt asked if it was okay. I was just told that because she didnt have the change, I was out of luck! Customer service by morons!

My favorite Target of them all is the one in Fairview, Oregon. The folks are friendly and the place is kept clean and well maintained. With the exception of a week ago when I went there early in the morning and found both mens toilets plugged with toilet paper and a fresh load in each, forcing me to drive my kid home so he could use the restroom, I think theyve done a great job taking care of the store. I will change my mind, however, if the restrooms continue to be unkept.

Id give 0 stars of I could. I have been to this target at least 10 times in the past 3 months and they have NEVER had what I wanted. I understood after Christmas and the winter storm... But I need plain white onesies, pacifiers and bottles.....they have been out of the size/type I need since early December. The have a space and label but not the item. Also with no cell service the cartwheel app is useless!!! I will drive to cascade station or mall 205 from now on!

@ supajenna, they dont match other targets because ALL targets will vary depending on location. They also dont match online, because as much as its "target" it is most likely not the same company. Its more like an entirely different company who buys the name. They can also but in SUCH quantities that the store can not to reach additional discounts. On ANOTHER note, this target is pretty awesome. I always buy their dollar stuff, and their staff is pretty friendly.

Terrible experience. Little to no help in Electronics department. We found a display model TV we wanted to purchase and the associate told us to wait 5 minutes and hed have it ready. After waiting for over a half hour, another associate told my husband that they couldnt find any of the accessories. When asked why we werent told sooner and kept waiting, they said the original associate had left for lunch. What a waste of time and horrible customer service.

The store is clean which is important to me, however, some of the shelves could be stocked better. The restrooms seem to be cleaned (wipe down, paper restocked) every hour. I was very unhappy about the cafe closing early due to staffing problems, that should be no excuse. Children were hungry so I got them some pop corn that was made in the morning and I was there at 3:45 and the staff member was leaving at 4.

I will not buy groceries from Target ever again. I had to take back carrots because they were slimy (not expired yet!). I got another bag that ended up getting slimy after I opened them, then I bought some yogurt that wasnt expired, but had mold on top. Didnt bring back both of those because I just didnt want to deal with it. I love the store for baby items, movies and everything else, just not groceries!

This Target never feels overwhelmed by customers. Lines are never too long and that is great because there are some Targets that seem to have minimal registers open before its too late. This location is clean. The staff seems very happy to be there and willing to help without feeling annoyed or bothered. We seem to never have trouble with products being out of stock. A good Target location.

I like this place for a couple reasons. one, they have an area to get food like hotdogs, pretzels, and popcorn. though it is a little expensive on the food area. then they have a built in starbucks inside. last bht not least is how quick it is to certain ailes/places. it can be as easy as just going straight from the entrance to get to electronics. just an example.
