I bought a pair of Shimano Delore XT Pedals on April 30th, 2016 and rode them about 1,500 miles up until September 2016. One of the pedals suffered a failure in the seals and end up not spinning well anymore (never crashed or rode in the rain). I called and asked them what options I had with fixing them and they asked me to bring them down to take a look at them. I talked to both the mechanic and the owner of the store for a few moments explaining what was going on. The mechanic said they should not have failed so quickly and that I should probably just get them swapped out for a new pair, 2 minutes later I was walking out the door with a new set of pedals. Performance does a fantastic job of standing behind what they sell, very impressed.

We recently bought 2 bikes on line and had them shipped to the Performance Bicycle shop in Eugene. The delivery was very fast, and the assembly was point on. They did send the wrong size bike for my husband, but Willy caught the mistake and corrected it promptly. My bike was a size too large and Willy was quick to replace with another in store and close to same price. The customer service we received was excellent from both Willy and Jim. I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone looking for great prices and fantastic customer service. Selection in store is nice also. This store is fairly new, but we definitely will be back even though we live in the Corvallis area. Also they have free lifetime maintenance. AWESOME!!!!!!!

The bike mechanics seem limited in number and time to work on walk ins; so its not a place to have work done at all imo but they have friendly staff & probably the best parts/accessorries inventory in Oregon? It is ToyRus for bike nerds no doubt. Its my new fav place buy parts but go to Pauls way of life BikeShop on Alder St for work done its fast n cheap.

By location, this should be my "lbs" but its not. Im serving 2 stars only because I visited once & had great help from a mechanic who shared my love of old surly 1x1s. May he r.i.p. Otherwise, this place sucks. Theyre pompous, no-helpin sales freaks that scare off loyal customers. Maybe theyre just used to mall zombies, I dont know. Sucks.

They stand behind all they do and sell. Willy, Brett, Jager, Charles, David, Darren are all professionals! They ARE a LBS (local bike shop) that employs local people. Selection is great, service is exceptional, prices are easy in the wallet. Fuji, Breezer, GT, Diamond Back, Ridley, SE and more offered.

Im ride a bmx bike. The usual shop i go to was closed and i wanted to get a late night skatepark session in. I brought it here and the crew did all they could to meet my needs. I dont recall the guys name, but he was older and had grayish/black hair. Special thanks to him. I recommend this place

Terribly over priced. Charge 85 for a full tune, when there are plenty of bike shops who will turn your bike up for free. They prey on people who dont know about bikes and are willing to fork out as much as possible for a smooth ride

Extremely helpful bunch - low key - Something is always on sale! Will take the time to explain differences between products. As a daily commuter, the service guys are friendly and get right on my repairs. Check them out!

They lack some very important things like bike fitting. Like a supermarket some things are a good deal others are a bit pricey for the market. What i like is the returns and the ship to store options.

I have had issues with Performance bike shop before and this one was not much different, but in all fairness they did take back a computer that has not worked since I bought it in Chicago.
