By far the worst shop in the area. Ive made at least a dozen purchases here, and the only thing that actually fit my bike was the brake pads, which both wore VERY quickly, and were twice as expensive as my usual brand, and on top of that, the performance was WORSE! especially in the rain, which i was told they were "suited for". hah. well, at least on one of the returns they accidentally gave me $5 extra, which covered the extra expense on the brake pads, so i called it even and never went back. oh, and i second the tattoo comment. The employees are just a bunch of hipsters that act like they should be in a coffee shop, acting like they dont want to be there. do they ever smile? are they vampires? robots? DONT go here unless you act like you dont want to be there. then theyll understand and might even say hi as you walk in.

Awesome place! Its my new regular local bike shop. Location is perfect for me. Recently had my commuter worked on by Joseph. He replaced my right shifter cable when I stopped by, while I waited, which wasnt long. He looked it over, and I needed a drive train overhaul, which I kinda knew. They got it in, repaired, and back to me in a couple of days. Decided to have them look over my mid 80s steel lugged road bike. I talked to Adam about it, and we worked out some repairs, maintenance, and upgrades. Im now riding it every day, and Im LOVING it. Never would have thought that a wider set of bars would make such a huge difference.

I went here today not understanding much about what separates Wal-Mart bikes from 500+ dollar bikes. I received very genuine customer service from an awesome bearded guy who helped explain basically everything about various bikes and parts. He presented options to me in a nonscary manner, and didnt overwhelm me. Unfortunately I am terrible with names so I cant give a specific shoutout, but I imagine the level of care I received is a pretty regular thing for these guys that love working on and selling bikes. I will be taking all of my future bicycle business to them.

Overpriced hipster joint. Many of the people who work here have no concept of customer service. I understand boutique prices, but I know a nishiki from 1972 is not worth $1200 just because you have a mustache butthole !!!

If the spent as much time caring about their customers and bike service as they do about their tattoos and piercings, they would be great. Customer service and quality of service is lacking!

Bought myself a very nice used bicycle. The staff is friendly and they know bikes. Their prices are very reasonable and theyre the only shop around that buys and sells used equipment.

Absolutely horrible customer service the girl with the tattoo on her face needs to find a job where she doesnt have to worry about customers!

They stole the light off my grandmas bike. Overpriced as well.
