Parked in the parking lot went to the place next door ordered lunch to go went back to the car to get my pen that needed a new battery (while we waited)and there is a giant orange sticker on our windshield saying we have a parking violation. Went in to ask what it was about and was told by a snotty young blonde that because we didnt go there first(we spent less than 5 mins in the restaurant) they can put a giant orange sticker in the middle of the drivers side windshield. We left and took our business with us. We will never go back the staff was flat out rude.

Been a customer here for about a year and they have reasonable hours on their website, but when you show up to the store there will be a make shift sign in their door that will say that they are closing an hour early due to "winterm hours." GOOD THING WE WERE AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES EARLY! Just to read the sign thinking we were good, but to have the doors locked in our face set me off. Just saying, this wont be my first choice head shop in the area any longer.

Worst service ever! They dont ask you what you might be interested in, then when you tell them they just stand there instead of showing you some options. Sometimes I dont mind being left to think for myself but if I am standing there just kind of looking over everything without some sort of direction, it would be nice for a salesperson to give some suggestions. Large selection and decent prices, but crappy customer service.

Stopped here to get a cheap glass tip for the road trip, ended up buying a dope roor tip. Then my car broke down in the parking lot and they were sooooooo nice and helpful even though we were there for hours. Even have us some tools to use. Lucky to have stopped here before breaking down.

Dont know correct terms for things and if you call ahead to check if they have something their default answer is yes so expect your time to be wasted
