Very poor customer service. Went in and asked for a pouch of rolling tobacco and papers. Was given a pouch of RAW pipe tobacco and I didnt realize it wasnt what I asked for till I got home. When I went to do a return the employee refused to help me and stated that it was rolling tobacco, which its not. There where no papers in the pouch and its pipe tobacco, which is cured differently and has higher tar content than normal tobacco. I understand theres laws against returns for tobacco but its pretty sad when a customer is lied to, sold the incorrect item, and the store refuses to refund that customer. I refuse to do business with this company now and am greatly disappointed that a locally run business has such poor customer service.

Jambo has a great selection of glassware and is conveniently near the UO campus. They also have a great selection of clothing, tapestries, posters and more to decorate your home. Friendly staff and theyre super helpful and understanding of knowledge levels when it comes to buying smoking accessories.

Looked up tobacco shops and Jambo World Crafts came up as a tobacco shop, What a joke, only pipe tobacco and maybe 2 types of pouch pipe tobacco. LOL OBVIOUSLY CATERING TO OTHER TASTES. What a waste of time. I will never return.

This store is great mainly because of the staff. Its your typical Oregon knick-knack hippy-ish store with a selection of pipes in the back. Prices for everything are about average.
