The owners seem to have made alot of good changes to the place. It feels alot cleaner and more open. They definitely have more of E-Cigarette selection and finally started a rewards program. As for the employees it depends what day you go in what kind of service you will get and who knows what. The young lady there is the one who does the ordering and has so much knowledge about the products. She has fixed a couple things for me and helped me originally get set up with my unit. She is definitely going to be your best bet for good service and knowledge. However when I went in on the guys shift he seemed really rude, stand offish and was using a E-Cigarette and blew straight into my face. I finished my transaction and left but I wish I had called and made a complaint. I have never experienced this in any shop so was kinda disappointed. Overall the owners seem to have taken huge steps in the last year and I am so happy to see them making an effort again.

If you happen to catch the fellow your in good hands he is very knowledgeable and friendly great customer service if you get the woman your experience will be terrible she is unfriendly suppose to be the manager and will not return defective items

Everytime I use to go in there with my mom they where rude. The 2 woman tried to rush us out as soon as they could. THey do need new managment BADLY!! THey shop always has a musty smell to it and needs some seriouse clean up time.

They have a little bit of everything. Large selection of cigarettes and smoking products. Also soda, beer, snacks.
