Im glad to see that they have a sense of customer service here. Their shop in St Helens is terrible. They have 2 women there that they need to send down the road. They are rude, make you feel like you are a pain for even thinking about coming into shop. I am well connected in this town and have made it a point to tell others NOT to go to Tobacco World. Just per chance I was able to link these 2 businesses because there is nothing to show who owns Tobacco World. What is wrong with your owners?? Do they not realize that they will be out of business if they dont put someone in there that is happy to see Customers, and gives a Customer Service instead of glares, comments, snickers. ! Read your reviews for TOBACCO WORLD and listen to your Customers!!!!!

Poor service. Demanded to see my friends ID because he was sitting in my car. I was buying tobacco for myself, not to mention my friend was 26. He didnt have valid ID so the guy made me leave and drop my friend off elsewhere and return without him in 15 minutes in order to buy a small bag of tobacco. He was a real dick about it. I still dont understand how it was in his favor to make me leave my friend somewhere else. Prices were good, though. Just stand in line and order carefully or "No smoke for you!".

I went to the canyon tobacco warehouse to buy hookah tobacco, orange, nice flavor? everyone loves orange right, not this year and a half old expired box of tobacco manufactured in 06 expired in 08 when i was looking to purchase in 09, now i have had good hookah tobacco from here before but there is a first time for everything so as fair warning just check the expiration date before you buy to be sure you are not getting old product for new price

Good experience and good selection- other stores in Beaverton - Ill be nice and not mention names- have been out of filters for weeks on end- these guys had them and very reasonably priced. I will go here from now on- even if they run out of filters too- because they dont have the weird attitudes people do at weed stores and vape shops.

This has become my go-to spot for cigarette tobacco and tubes. Very reasonable prices, good selection, and employees seem helpful enough...certainly not full of themselves like most Ive come to expect in the Portland area.
