I have been to many donuts stores in Norman, but never have I had to calculate my own total because the cashier was incompetent. This morning I had to use a calculator to add my own total because the lady over charged me by $3. I know what everyone is thinks, “people make mistakes.” NO, not at this location. I have been there a total of 7 times and 3 of those times I was over charged and had to calculate my own price. Never again will I go here because they are basically stealing from people by over-charging or charging them for items they don’t have. Worse experience ever.

Ok so Im giving only 2 stars because over the last year their food has gone down hill. I gave them one more chance today and the sausage roll is horrible, the bread is hard and the sausage tastes over cooked...not eating it. The donut is ok but theres always a taste that is maybe related to the oil they are, maybe its old, I dont know Im not an expert, but the taste isnt there when I eat at other donut shops My hope is the owner will read this and take a look at their processes and work on their quality.

I have purchased from here before and been very satisfied with my order. Tasty Donuts even if a little more expensive than their competitors in town. Today, however, I have to say I will probably never go there again. I ordered a dozen donuts. And was charged the individual price for each Donuts to a total of $15.08. No special or reduced charge for purchasing a dozen donuts unlike in the past. I could have purchased two dozen donuts for that price anywhere else in Norman.

I agree with Stacey Ann on the sausage roll, I paid for a hard rock pretty much... I like the doughnuts for the most part and of course enjoy the coffee. They should either take the sausage roll off the menu or start making fresh ones when they been sitting for so long. But overall I like the place and the people who are regulars are good people! Ha

I absolutely love this location and the staff.. I visit this shop on a daily basis and am always greeted and treated with such kindness.. I love the freshness of their food and with such a variety I always find something wonderful.. I would highly recommend this store to everyone looking for a perfectly sweet treat..

The warm buttery crust with baked in jalapeño sausage roll or the warm glazed Donuts this location hits the spot. They open 1 hour before any other location in Norman. The owners and staff are some of the friendliest people you will meet this side of the Mississippi.

Sadly this is one of more inferior local doughnut shops. The shop keeper was incredibly friendly and service was beyond excellent. But sadly the doughnuts were stale and hard. Three out of five.

At 6 in the morning I got donuts that tasted like they had been out all night and a cup of coffee with creamer that had gone bad. All of this for far more than should be charged for donuts.

Great donut shop! They sometimes have a little live music on Saturday mornings with someone playing a guitar or keyboard. They have always had a lot of traffic when I have been in there.

I have never tasted donuts as good as this. You can tell they didnt rush when they made their donuts. So much better and better in quality than Dunkin Donuts or Krispie Kremes.

These are the best donuts in town. They make fresh donuts every morning. The people are friendly. Me and my 4 year old love to have our morning breakfast here
