Shipleys in BCS was my favorite. Since Georgetown Donuts changed owners it is the best the donuts are crisp , melt mouth soft , not overly sweet just right from first bite to last! Even next day they maintain freshness! Kholache are so awesome! I got only 1 complaint donuts in your bag best eaten right away or take out of bag lay flat as they tend to melt stuck together. If you purchase a dozen and any toppings ( chocolate covered) etc will melt and stick together a mess. Ask for a flat box vs deep donut box if possible? I wished I could get krullers here or anywhere the fresh made the glazed non cakey etc :(

Ive never had an issue getting in and out of this place with what I came for. The staff is always quick and courteous. Even on days where theres a line, theyll crank out the orders like a well oiled machine while still maintaining their friendly demeanors. The only downside is that if you get their after the crowd, some if your favorites might not be available. Though they never seem to run out of the small kolaches.

The morning treat experience is great here. Our go-to food selections are their apple fritter, the bavarian creme long john, the old-fashioned, and their jalapeno / cheese sausage kolache. Much better than the larger breakfast "chains" in Georgetown, if you take my opinion. Weve gone 2 times a month for several years.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of tasty donuts, not to mention breakfast sandwiches, tacos, and kolaches. They also prepare boxes of glazed donuts for our church! Highly recommend you stop by and check them out!

Good place for Donuts. Would have given 5 stars, but the service was just a bit slow, with no crowd. This place seems to have undergone a management change, with new people behind the counter and a new name "Georgetown Donuts"
