I am writing in to counter the uniformly terrible reviews I have read here about Driven, LLC. After our vintage Ford Explorer blew its motor just as I was at the end of my nursing school, in February of this year, my husband and I began shopping for a used Ford Escape. The few used ones we found within a 50 mile radius were mostly used hard hard and looked like crap. The only exception to this, amazingly, was here at Driven in their lot in Sunbury, Ohio, less than 5 miles from our home. The 2005 Escape we found there and ended up purchasing has been great. The sales person told me to take the car and keep it for a day to make sure I liked it -- who does that? We took it to our mechanic who pronounced it in very good used-car condition - the mechanical issues that would eventually be needed, none of them were immediate, and the body was in excellent condition -- no rust on it at all. For a 2005 car in this climate you just dont find that. I have driven the crap out of this car every day since then and I love it. No one can predict with certainty what a purchasers experience will be with a used car, especially one thats 11 years old, as no resale facility can possibly know everything that might go wrong with said car. Anyone who plans on purchasing a used car should as a matter of course have that car vetted by a mechanic they can trust, and take the cars age into consideration. I personally would recommend this facility. We had a great experience at Driven!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I purchased a used vehicle and literally drove it for 3 weeks before it blew up. We had their mechanic pull through it and fix what was thought the be the issue. After being told the car ran " a lot better " I picked it up and still had the same issues. I took it to a reputable mechanic to have it assessed and low and behold,The motor was trashed. Please use cation when dealing with these people. They state they sell cheap cars, in reality the sell complete garbage. I am a small business owner and am appalled at how these people conduct themselves. STAY AWAY FROM DRIVEN. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, the Ohio attorney general, and filing a suit in small claims court. BEWARE - THIS IS A SHADY OPERATION.

Good selection of used vehicles. I have dealt with owner Steve Pinkston for years. He is a straight up tell you the truth type of guy and still pleasant to do business with. If youre looking for a vehicle this is a great local place to start.

Horrible. Do not buy from them. Bought a vehicle and not even 3 weeks later I started having major issues with it. It needs a whole new rear braking system, it needs struts on both sides, and the engine is screwed up. Do not buy.
