I bought a truck from car country and true i bought it without a warranty . But i was told i had nothing to worry about . Day one after getting home I cant get good heat . Antifreeze is low and it wont hold any. I called and got the run around from Cindy the sales lady. I go get two professionals to look at the truck and test the truck and they both say head gaskets . The very thing we talked about at the lot. I finally got to talk to the owner and he came off just like a bully. He said he would give me 1000.00 toward fixing the truck. After getting the truck fixed i asked him for more money he said no . Im going to write the Michigan Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Im going to tell my union brothers and sisters . Ill pass out flyers at the next meeting . Both my sisters work at the jeep plant here Ill have them do the same. And i talk to a lawyer next week . Ive bought Motorcycles and had them sent to my house from different parts of the country and never has anybody sold me junk. In fact they were better than advertised. And I would never sell any body something like that. Im going on face book to tell all my friends not to go there. Im not done. The repair cost me 4800.00. My son will be home next week to build a web site to tell what happened and not to go to these crooks.

Car Country is a great place to buy a vehicle! They are hard working when it comes to finding you the best deal. Cindy is awesome at working the best deal. An Dan is a hell of a sales person he is great at what he does also. I would recommend anyone to come buy a car from these guys they are great. I love my 2012 Journey that I purchased. Very impressed with the place! Ive been looking for a specific truck for a few months now and they had exactly what I was looking for. I live over two hours away and I asked Dave The salesman, to walk around the truck and take specific pictures and tell me any flaws so I would have no surprises when I got there. He described everything perfectly, I am very satisfied with the service, will definitely do business again!

Car country is the best place to go and Im only 11 and my parents love there car it has a tv heated seats and a car charger....not to mention but the tv e are flat screen❤ The workers are the best there they even they me have there phones to write this❤ And the other places are crap❤ And Im so glad Savannah the managers daughter told us to come here❤They treated us like we our family

Went there with my heart set on a truck, met with Dave and talked with him about the prices and common problem with trucks. We kept looking in other car lots up and down Gratiot Ave and private sellers and we ended up coming back because it was the best deal for what we were getting. Not to mention the staff made the whole experience very smooth and fast.
