Ultimate Video Game Connection is one of my favorite game stores in Central Ohio region. The first thing youll notice when you walk in is the vintage arcade games, the Sega Dreamcast and the awesome amount of posters and video game memorabilia. I personally love Links shield from Zelda, valiantly protecting the PS4 games, and when I come in a less than good mood it always gives me comfort to see the the Gears of War chainsaw rifle hanging over the counter, in case I go insane. The store has a wide selection of titles, ranging from a few SNES games to a large selection of current gen titles and of course tons of movies and shows. They even have a few rare titles and older consoles, I was surprised, and happily so, when I noticed a NES sitting behind the counter. There were some problems however, that cant be overlooked. I had issues with two systems, and a controller. I had to return a game and a few movies. I think, in order to prevent this from happening again with other customers they should invest in a buffer machine to clean the CDs when they come in. Overall the store has fantastic Customer Service, a knowledgeable staff and a great selection. If youre usually a fan of Game Stop (EB games) then youll enjoy lower prices and (generally) better customer service. If youre looking for a place to find obscure titles or older systems, youll only need to stop at one place, just make sure it works before you leave, if not, youll have to stop twice.

I love this game store. Its the only game store I go to these days. I like the staff, theyre pretty nice to their customers, and theyll always satisfy the customers needs. Their selection is off the charts, top favorite game store Ive found in Ohio. The game store I used to go to hardly has as much of a selection as Ultimate Video Game Connection. Their prices are pretty good, I left the store spending approximately $200 and I got about 15 games. At any other store, youd only be able to get about 8-10 for that price! But there is a downside .... I have gotten several games, movies, and systems from this store. I have had to return quite a few things back to them, due to something not working properly. A couple examples: A few movies were skipping real bad, controller battery pack was corroded and made the controller shut off at random times, XBOX 360 console got a red dot in the center after only two weeks of having it!! (it was having problems from the start) But on the bright side, they were very cooperative with me and they replaced everything. Their customer service is very stellar, I just think they should audit their inventory more thoroughly/frequently.

Im Sold!!! This place is a God send compared to other retailers. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to everything video games. Ive driven by this place probably a couple hundred times so after I took a fairly recent released game to Gamestop for trade and they were only gonna give me not even a third of what I purchased it for I figured this would be the best time to try something new. Ultimate Connection ended up giving me roughly $20 for my trade in so from here on out this is definitely gonna be my one stop shop. So if youre ever looking to purchase a new console, game, controller or even memory card/stick give em a shot, I guarantee you wont be disapointed...HAPPY GAMING!!!

Me and my wife are 33yr old gamers, we have been gaming since the late 80s. I remember my dad taking me to game stores such as this. The since of nostalgia I get walking in the door is amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly very customer oriented. The selection is amazing. If you are looking for it 9 times out of 10 they have it. BYE BYE GAMESTOP!!! This place is amazing and is now the only place I will buy my games. Thank you guys for opening such a fantastic shop.

Very nice selection, helpful staff. Store is decently organized. However there are virtually no price tags. You have to ask for the price of virtually every game you could be interested in, which makes shopping here cumbersome. When you ask for pricing, the associate gives you eBay or Amazon pricing. If I wanted to shop on the internet, I would. Their selection is good probably because few are willing to pay the ransom they are asking for.

Incredible employees and good deals. I went in looking to buy a rockband guitar for ps3 (cost $40) and they ended up throwing in a copy of Rockband 1 for free, we were talking during checkout and I told him what games I had for ps3 and when he heard I didnt have it he handed it to me. Really cool decorations around the store too, they have a keyblade on a shelf and the chainsaw rifle from Gears of War hanging on the wall above the counter.

Since I have found this place, it is the only video game source that I use. They always have what I am looking for, and it is usually less expensive than a gamestop or other retail location. They even gave me a great deal on a new 360 elite when mine decided to break on me and was no longer under warrenty. If you want a great place for games and other video game things, this is the place.

Totally the best game store in Columbus, Ohio. I totally recommend going there. Top deals, friendly staff, great choices new or old. I love going there whenever get a chance and since Tax Refunds I plan to buy my PS4 there not Gamestop. This store has the Top Trade deals ever, and I hope they never disappear. If I had five thumbs theyd all be up, but thats what the five stars are for.

Probably the best game store experience Ive ever had. I stopped by to check out the store and ended up spending two hours chit-chatting with another customer and employee. Needless to say the staff are super-friendly and the store is packed with a crazy selection of games at very fair prices comparable to even eBay. Its a game collectors heaven and Ill definitely be back.

Ive been going to UVC since the day they opened never had a problem with the staff nor the prices of their games and movies. Flip Flop is a really cool person hes majority of the time when go get games or movies and is very polite helpful and fair. Love this place take kids there every weekend.

I have not seen a video game place like this for awhile. They have a wonderful selection of old school video games and components. Plus they carry new and used games for all the modern consoles and hand-helds too. Prices are reasonable as well. Best used PSP game selection in the city.

Place is AMAZING!!!!!!! This is the type of game store I grew up with and have always loved! Great selections of games, great trade in prices, and great deals on games. Great customer service!! All in all this is a game store that makes me never want to go anywhere else for games.

Very good store! Much better than the horrible Capital Games here in Gahanna. Their prices are great, everything is organized, their selections are fantastic, the customer service is great. Go here instead of Gamestop and Capital Games. You will have a much better experience.
