My absolute favorite thing that Gamestop does is the inclusion of specialty items when you pre-order a game. Example would be Fallout 3 (extra sound track and poster). The other thing they do is midnight releases, which really built the hype level for a game. The guys and gals who work at Gamestop are also very nice and helpful. You wont usually find the elitist nerds that frequent other such shops. The people that work here are nice, patient, and often interested in the games themselves. I give them an A++ in customer service. They have the most console games I have seen, their lack of pc games is somewhat disappointing, they never have any older titles just the most recent (your local Walmart has often has better offerings in this area) but they usually have the newer stuff in stock. (A good example of an excellent pc game store would be Frys Electronics) From what I have seen their collection of ps2 games is unmatched and their used peripheral prices are fair. Their console selection is well fleshed out.

Went in to this GameStop to get a preowned controller only to get home and it not work. Went back to the GameStop the same day and return it(burning through gas). Store clerk says that shes sorry and gives us another one. She says "this is very rare that a controller doesnt work". So I get home and try it and it also is broken. So I go back again in the same day(burning even more gas) and they accept the return and dont give any customer appreciation for their products not working. Never using this place again. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH!

This is a Gamestop to be avoided. Terrible customer service, usually only one employee working at all times. I have been through this location multiple times and the selection is very poor. The final straw was having the store manager lie to me about the return policy multiple times, while I had the return policy pulled up on my phone. Hard to trust companies that wont stand by their own policies.

A little nicer and a little more helpful then some other gamestops I have been. Fast service and good knowledge about the current games, Usually the people just talk about what they like, but here they actually knew stuff about ALL the games. Was a pleasant visit and they even explained about midnight releases and if they were not open the release would goto the location right down the road.

I dont go to Gamestop as much as I used to, but I needed to get rid of some games I had no interest in playing anytime soon, and I was already going to be at Town Center. I only saw one employee there while I was in the store, but she was definitely one of the nicest employees Ive seen at a Gamestop. This location appears to be worth driving a bit extra for.

Came to replace my Xbox that I had purchased a warranty for. I arrived at 4pm and left my console with them to swap it out while I browsed. I came back an hour later and literally nothing was done. The employees just sat on the phone and gave a blank look. Wont ever buy another thing from game stop.
