Every time I go into this store, the service is seriously lacking. I cannot think of a time that I have had a positive shopping experience. The employees never acknowledge me nor ask if I need assistance, regardless of whether theres 7 customers or Im the only one in the store. On top of the horrible customer service, they also try to rip you on trade in value on games. They have numerous times tried to put a refurb fee on a game without telling me - only once they ring up the game. They have said the game is scratched, though it is in immaculate condition. On several occassions I take the same game to various other GameStops and trade in the same game at normal trade-in value. Unlike this store, the others actually check to see if its a legitimate scratch or just a line from dust or having a fingerprint. I would not recommend going to the store unless all the others have been closed down.

I didnt like how these guys sold me an opened game in a pre-owned Gamestop case and said it was brand new. Brand new is unopened and in original packaging, not in a "pre-owned" box. I told them I didnt want to pay the new price for it and they just looked at me. I said whatever and paid it anyway because I wanted the game. Didnt like my experience here. Theres another one at Ashley Park down the road Ill go to instead.

Excellent place for all your gaming NEEDS! Manager is a great guy. Just dont go if you havent had time to use restroom at home 1st. None available along entire strip for kids.
