These guys have zero ambition to succeed. I called up and asked for a quote on my xbox 360 and was told they would only price if I came in. I mentioned that I was coming into purchase an Xbox One and that gamestop had offered a standard quote of 50 dollars for just the console. He said he still would not offer a quote and I said that I just wanted an estimate and that the console was in working condition and had 1 controller with it. He said just to take my business to Gamestop. I was reasonable and respectful with this guy throughout the call, and he was dry and somewhat surly from the get. Hard to believe that a store in a struggling mall that is losing almost all of its business, can afford to turn away customers to a competitor. I used to feel bad for businesses at tricounty mall, but at least for Game Swaps case, I hope they go the way of 50 percent of the food court.

Ok, so this place is pretty bad ass! I have a play station 2 and the controllers busted a prong. No other major game store had PS2 games, let along controllers. Que sad face. And then, I stumbled upon this face. Hello vintage Game Center! Seriously, Not only PS2 games, and accessories, but original play station as well as all Xbox, hand helps, and even old school Nintendo cartridges!! On top of that they even have a few old consoles for sale! Of course there is the new systems like wii and Xbox 360. The place isnt the nicest looking, and it looks old, but the people know whats up, and youd be surprised what you can find! The prices for the more popular older games are a little more, for outdated games, but still, I guess if I cant find them anywhere else!

Good selection of retro consoles and equipment as well as games. However prices are marked up exponentially for sell regardless of system or games. When attempting to sell them merchandise they will only off around 5 to 15 percent of the value for the same equipment that they will sell to you for 3 or 4 times the value. Watch your deals and trades with them, i am a loyal customers there for almost a decade and i still dont receive any credential or respect for my business. So you check it out and speak with them yourself. And draw your. Own conclusions.

I just want to start by saying i am a verry honest and giving person i would never lie to make someone look bad i traded 300 dollars worth of old video game stuff for 100 dollar credit i got a fates colide elite trainer box when my kid got off of school we opened it up you could tell right away it was not right all the energy cards were loose their were no dice or chips i should have never opend the packs but she talked me into it their was not one ex and only 2 foils out of the eight packs im so pissed

It sucks I traded a gba that cost 50 bucks and they gave me 10 I was like what the hell thats retarded and the service is hell and I traded a game boy color Im amazing condition and they said it has a scrap on the screen and theyd give me 15 bucks and then I showed them a price on ebay for 50 bucks and they rejected the offer they did not CARE ABOUT IT!!!! I advise not to go there go to gamestop instead of game swap and all there game boys or broken but thats a story for another day

Tri county mall location is awesome! I went in and was acknowledged by the staff quickly and politely. I found the items I wanted and as I checked out, staff conversed with me about things that I actually wanted to talk about. I actually hung around talking to the staff for another 20 minutes discussing everything from business model to how games keep being released unfinished. It was actually a fun engaging experience. Staff very knowledgeable.

I actually visited their Eastgate Mall location but couldnt find that locations Google page so I came here. Fantastic collection of retro games and good prices. I purchased Super Mario 3 for the NES and it didnt work (which happens occasionally with these old systems) and I just went back to the store and they gave me a new copy.

They had a decent vintage console and game selection and the guy on duty was laid back and friendly...I would recommend it to anyone in the market for older used games. The prices were very fair...not many rare NES or SNES games in stock at the time I was there, though.

This place is freaking sweet. not the normal corporate chain, take a number/ and pre-order the newest FPS, game store. You can hang out and talk games, seems like they welcome it tones of old titles I can only find online and they do good swap deals

Very bad customer service. I do not suggest this location, the one in Florence is a much more enjoyable experience. Staff made us feel unwelcome and were rude needlessly. We will not be back.
