I have been to a lot of GameStops and this store is by far the most enjoyable experience. The staff are very knowledgeable, dont mind going out of their way to help you, and, on the rare occasion that there is a problem, they always make it right. They have a good selection of games (though it is usually not as good as the Polaris store due to their location). GameStop stores in general will not give you good trade-in values, but their sales are always amazing. I never pay more than ten dollars less than I would have at any other store. In short, go here to buy your games!

I like EB Games, and Gamestop now, but they have some bad things about them. The 7 day return policy convinced me to buy my PS3 elsewhere, and the buy back value of games is rediculous. I can understand 35 cents for Frogger for PSX, or heck, even SNES, but when they offer 2 bucks for FF7, when their selling rate is around 40 bucks... Just crazy. The buy back rate is not near as good as Games on Main or Game Crazy. Although they do seem to have the best selection, even though not the best prices. The sales associates are always nice and helpful, so no complaint there.

Had two employees at the checkout counter, only one employee was actually cashing out customers. The line was quite long and when I finally was ready to make my purchase they did not have any of the games I picked up to purchas, even though there was 2 in stock on their inventory and website. The employee said, We keep atleast 1 copy of current games in our inventory just to show we sell it. Then went on saying you could drive 40 minutes to another gamestop that could possibly have it. Was not satisfied with their employees or the services provided.

i go here alot to buy games, i was skeptical about getting The Bindings Of Isaac for my Switch and the guy that was checking me out told me his personal experience and showed me some gameplay and i bought it, im really enjoying it. i love about all the staff members, they really do a great job and theyre personal recommendations are really good honestly in my opinion. i suggest going here

Went here and have had mixed experience. If you ask questions you get treated like your stupid. Like "when is "Xxxxx" coming out". They dont care, read the paper on the counter. "Have you played "xxxxx", just get basic looks like fun answer. Best experience is when I know what I want and they always have it in stock. Thats why 3 stars, I only have to go to one store to get my games.

Of all the Gamestop stores I have visited, this one is generally the most well organized of the lot. It is easy to find everything and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is also the perfect sized store. Not so large that it takes forever to find anything and not too small so it never feels super crowded like some of the mall stores.

Dont buy any used controllers from them unless you like to deal with the hassle of returning it. I bought a used PS3 controller. POS. I had to return and exchanged for another used one. Again POS. I called and complained, and was told they dont test the controllers which means they buy and sell your broken items. Their service was excellent!

Never has anything new in stock. When you know theres going to be a big game or system release (nes) you should order more then 8. Lousy service. Made people wait in line for over an hour to open the doors and say we have 8 systems. Waste of time. Never shop here again throwing away my membership

Seriously there is something wrong when you cant even get an question answered because the guy working the counter is too busy scratching his balls and then as a cherry on top sniffs his fingers when he is done! Seriously one of the grossest things I have ever seen.

Put game cases on shelf to make look full. constantly being told they dont have copies of the games they are selling. Advising that the store 30 minutes out of the way has it.
