I took my 13-year old son and my 12-year old daughter to this GameStop last night to trade in his PS2 and PSP on an XBOX (refurb). LEE was working the counter, and was the rudest jerk Ive ever met. Wouldnt talk to my son at all, wasnt interested in a sale in the least. Was horribly rude and short with my daughter when she asked how much the new Beatles thing (XBOX) is going to be when it comes out on the 9th. Ive never met a bigger a&&hole working in a place like that before. My son had cash to spend, and got over $100 in trade-in money, but we saved it to spend at a different store. I will write to corporate with all the details about just how we were treated. Thoroughly disgusted, and will never return. Will be sure to share this experience with others, as well. In this economy with people needing jobs so badly, one would think the salespeople could at least be PLEASANT and POLITE?!?!!?

Ive seen these reviews are really outdated so, Im going to give an updated review. Ive been going to this GameStop for about two in a half years and the Employees are great. Every once in awhile you may find someone in a bad mood, but COME ON tell me everyone doesnt get in a bad mood at work every once in awhile. The employees here are awesome! They alway help me out when Im there and give me updates on new games coming out or good two player games to play with my girlfriend. I would recommend this plaice to anyone.

Called looking for a an older console and the employee informed me with some amount of knowledge of their website and suggested some alternatives. He sold me on a newer version. Ive been going to this GS on occasion and ive received a consistent good service. The people there are knowledgeable about games and the industry and never showed a lack of effort toward their appearance or attitude. Good place to go when youre in need of a good game review or for a quick game buying.

One member of the staff asked for the phone # for the rewards but did not tell my 12yr old the account had lapsed, instead he continued to proceed with the sale and charge him the full price for a used 500gb hard drive which was the same as a new one. When asked after the sale why he didnt tell us the account had lapsed he shrugged his shoulders as if he could care less. We will never go to this Game Stop again because of this employee.

Been going to this Gamestop for years now, and been to multiple mid night releases. Over all i do enjoy the store but as others have been saying they do seem to get a bad apple or two working every once and awhile. That being said it doesnt seem like they last long so I wouldnt stop going to the store all together because of it.

This place is absolutaly terrible! They give you like nothing for trade in,games are way too over priced, people suck and worst of all dont bother buying a new game cuz they dont return new games..i bought a $55 game there (new) didnt like it so I went back to return it and they dont take back new games so I got $16 back

Every employee in the store could not figure out how to print a gift receipt, nor did they have any effort or care to try and print the gift receipt. Instead of waiting even longer I simply said nevermind. I mean I guess its normal that a lot of places cannot even perform their job. Go back to school.

Yo, you gotta go see Wild Bill at this joint. Hell sort you out and is the new manager there! And hell recommend a great BBQ place down the road to boot!! People be climbin in Gamestops windows snatchin some games up at 23 mile road in Chesterfield! This joint ROCKS!!!

I once called this GameStop asking for a copy of the popular NES game, Battletoads. The person at the desk then proceeded to swear under his breath and hang up the phone. I did not appreciate the service.

Yea I had a similar experience here with some rude employees, didnt bother me though Best Buy was very happy to have my business and theyre pretty close.

Great experience! The guys at this gamestop kept their word and held a special gift for my kids for Christmas. Keep up the good service guys.
