Top notch!!! When I first went in, I was shocked by how organized and clean the store was! Burt immediately greeted me, and asked if I had anything in particular I was looking for. He directed me to his GBC Pokémon games. I tried out his cheaply priced Pokémon Sliver. ($25 w/ a perfect sticker and new battery) He said his battery repair man (Dan) wasnt done w/ all of the batteries in the games. So he let me try one out, it didnt work, let me try another, it didnt work. He immediately put them in the "needs a battery pile" and apologized. He then discounted the game $5, and wouldnt let me leave until I checked to see if the game would save. Then, when we proceeded to checkout, I didnt have the exact amount because I left my wallet at home. He said 21 is fine (it was 21.79 after tax) and I told him about my Pokémon yellow needing a battery. He then told me to come in the next day, and ask for Dan. I went in a few days later and Dan put in my battery for free! He even put a 60 day warranty on it! I will definitely be back. The best retro/used gamestore in Centrel Ohio. (BTW DO NOT GO TO CAPITAL GAMES!!!!)

Great store for purchasing old and used video game systems, games, and consoles. They allowed me to not only test my copy of Pokemon Silver, but also took $10 off of the cost as the battery didnt work. I have since installed a new battery, and the game works fine. I have since bought a used GBA and DSI from them with wonderful results. They let me test both consoles before purchasing them and even included two styluses and a free charger with the DSI along with $10 off of the purchase. All of my purchases have left me incredibly happy, and I highly recommend this store. By far the best video game store in Ohio.

You guys dont know what your talking about, their store is awesome, you are totally an idiot and dont know what you are saying, I ve been dealing with them since i was 15, they always have what i need and if they dont have it , i know the management will break their back trying to find it for you, so get off of them and dont be knocking the good store, game depot is the one that really sucks.

the owner is a rude money hungry person. they dont give you what your products are worth. The equipment is junk, i bought an xbox there and it quit within a couple of weeks.There also was one of my sons w2k16 games stuck in the xbox when confronted about it no longer working and they were to lazy to get it out and didnt even offer a store credit. The speak to you very rude.

The worst part about this place is the atmosphere. It feels too dark and they dont really straighten up as much as they should. They sell a lot of cool extra stuff though, not just games. They are really shady when it comes to trades, as they allow minors to trade consoles with no consenting adults. Buyer beware if you get a console.

Its the only place we go as a family to get our games and even our game systems when we move up to a new one. Burt and his son, Adam are super nice and always go above & beyond to help you. Thank you Burt and Adam for your years of service helping us have the best game store in Grove City & central Ohio.

I recently heard Video Games Express just reopened in Grove City. I was very disappointed when I went in there to buy a game. They have absolutely nothing worth buying in their store. Their selection was small and it seems like they have a bunch of games not worth buying.

Amazing and friendly workers and great trade prices. Decent selection of games for a great price. Dozens of accessories, if you cant find it they will get it for you. Ive been going to here instead of GameStop for the past year. 10/10 would recommend.

Video Game Express is a nice little video game store that sells a lot of games that Gamestop and walmart dont carry, including older games and game systems (N64, PS1, Sega, etc). Worth checking out if youre having trouble finding a game elsewhere.
