Ive been to this location probably 12 times, because its very close to where I live. I left satisfied ONE time. It seems they never have what Im looking for. The staff has been rude at times. One time I bought a used PS3 game, came home, and when I opened the case I realized they had sent me home with the PS2 version (was this my fault for not checking before I left?) If you want a decent GameStop experience, take the extra 5 minutes to drive to the Mall Road store. Ive had to go there many times after leaving dissatisfied with this joke of a game store.

I bought a PS3 from this location and exchanged it serveral times due to be defective.this past time I went I talked to this employee named Ryan I took a PS3 back due to being broken before with even got it home every word out of his mouth was ethier accusing me of breaking it or a smartass remark about the answers I have to his questions.i am very dissatisfied and would not recommend this GameStop to anyone.

Gamestop has to be the WORST GAME STORE IN HISTORY. I understand used games arent in the best condition but they are playable. But gamestop has become VERY CARELESS about a game when it comes to being able to be played or not. They take whatever game you give them wether it works or not, and it makes it into your hands so you can waste your money.

Unfortunately unlike the mall location that apparently doesnt have a working phone - this store has a phone, but wont answer - same situation with trying to call this store from multiple phones at different times, just that they could but wont answer. This is 2016 - you should not need to leave your home to ask a store a question.

Decent Game stop with a decent selection. I would take the extra 5 minutes and head up to the big one on Mallroad (not the one in the mall but the one across from the mall. Why are there so many so close to each other?). The one on mall is just bigger and has a wider selection of board games and collectables as well.

Ive been a customer at this store since they opened a decade or so ago. The staff is friendly, always helpful, and they even let me know about upcoming games in my genre I may not have heard about. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to shop at a store that doesnt just sell games....they know games.

This is my favorite place to go for gaming supplies. The staff is nice, helpful, and has good knowledge about their products. I like how they are willing to be personable and strike up a conversation about gaming while you are there. Check it out!

It had amazing service and I love this place great for good deals on games consoles and accessories for all of your gaming wants and need and they also have used consoles games and controllers for cheaper than dirt.

Just went into store to buy some games and a charging cord for a DS3 for grandson. Very nice the moment I walked in and very helpful. I was asked many times if I had any questions or needed help. Nice experience!

It is a smaller store so they dont have as many demos to try out. Their selection is still decent, seems like I have an easier time finding titles than the one on Mall Road
