Im not sure if the manager of this store has something wrong with his face to where he just looks angry all the time but whenever I come to the store he follows me down the aisle mean mugging me like he expects me to shoplift or something. My last experience was especially bad since I came to purchase some items that had been advertised on special but instead of offering to help me find the items he again followed me around with his angry face, never offering help. Then, at the checkout I informed the girl checking me out they did not have enough product to fullfil the special. He stood by, mean mugging, and never once tried to intervene to make it right. The girl then fumbled through checking me out, had to void my order 2x, all the while mean mug manager just stares. Nice guy. I hate this store. Id rather go to Whitehall than shop here again.

We had a great experience yesterday, although we bought half the store as my girlfriend and her sister (who both live with me) are/have attending/attended cosmetology school and wanted some equipment for home. The women and my oldest daughter were going to dye their hair purple and pink for Lupus and Breast Cancer Awareness. My girlfriend is in more severe stages of Lupus and wanted to do something special with her hair before its gone. She went first with the purple and it came out blue :( So we called the store this morning and explained this and added that we had misplaced the receipt. Samantha was more than happy to have us come back in so she could help us find a color that more suited our needs. Wonderful costumer service!

Just moved to the area and had such a great experience! The girl working and a costumer where both so helpful and such kind people! The girl working was quick to answer my questions and was very sweet to my little girl! And the customer that bought my daughter nail polish as a welcome to Columbus gift thank you I truely appreciate you and your kind soul and I will for sure pay it forward! It was so nice to be able to have such a positive experience at this hectic time!

The staff here is rude . The manager is even worse and doesn’t know the job . I miss the manager that was there many years ago I think her name was Jennifer . She was always pleasant and helpful and she knew her stuff. That’s who you need to bring back. I used to like coming to this location when her and her staff was there , now I’d rather order online to avoid that rudeness . I’ll never be going back there again !

I went in thinking I would have a positive experience as I usually do, but was shocked to her profanity laced music playing in the store. This made the experience pretty negative. Sallys may want to think about limit the staffs ability to play their own music. Also, its a bit unprofessional to have your staff playing on their cell phones at the cash registers.

Im a little upset because I was going to get developer for bleach and I have long hair which I explained. I asked her "will I need another thing of bleach?" She said no. I used it sparingly and I ran out. She was super nice I just wish she would have been a little more honest with me.
