This place is completely corrupt please do not give them your business and honestly if you do I would be catious using your debit or credit it card. Not only did they sell me the wrong wig when I came in and nicely asked for them to just give me the Wig I paid for and they become upset and started yelling they do NOT do returns or exchanges. I understand that but the wig I asked for was black because I have black hair and when I got home and opened the box the wig in the box was platnium blonde. I shut the box immediately didnt try the wig on and came back the next day. This isnt a wig I bought wore a couple days then tried to bring back I just wanted them to give me the black I asked for instead of the blonde. Did I mention I buy wigs here often and have given this place lots of biz and money. Ive always felt uncomfortable in their store especially since Ive heard certain employees make rude unnessisary comments about costumers. One of the really tan girls with curly hair even said to me I have no respect for myself because Im an adult entertainer. Well guess what even if You dont agree with my life choices Im a PAYING COSTUMER! This place doesnt care about is costumer a or costumer service. Please do not for your business to these people if you believe in supporting business that treat people right and believe Im being fair. I just moved to Brandon and have only been to your store a couple of times but my last wig shop in Denver I bought a wig almost weekly and started getting a lot of adult entertainers to come in. They loved me so much for the business I sent them and money I spent they even gave me a free wig once! So keep treating people rudely you just lost someone that spends almost 10k a year in those stories, trust me I keep track, and thats just me not even the costumers I couldve bought you. Treating people badly, making fun of your costumers and quite frankly running a shady biusiness with horrible costumer service is just embarrassing. And to the girl with curly hair "I dont respect myself because Im in the adult entertainment industry, but you dont respect yourself for judging other people. my experience here was horrible and i go to this shop all the time the first lady that helped me try on a wig was nice. the second lady i asked i don"t know what her name is but she was rude disrespectful ,racist and has a attitude problem. i asked her if i could try on this ombre wig she told me in a very rude way that the wig i wanted to try was extensions as if i knew that was extensions and not a wig .she was so unhelpful didnt even brother to ask can i help you look for something else what kind of wigs are you looking for nothing and she was talking bad about me and my father to a other employee in spanish .she seemed irritated with me from the start as if she owns the place honestly if you wanted to buy from this place i would say go save your money and go to another place with nicer people and better customer service . honestly this wig shop needs to hire better people i hope who ever owns this shop sees all the bad ratings he is getting by the way i am a girl who wrote this .

First time being here I felt uncomfortable, wasnt greeted here and when I walked to the wig section to the right, I was followed and being stared at like I was about to steal something. Had to break the ice and go up to the girl with the curly black hair to help me out (who was staring at me). Ive worked in retail and beauty supply stores before and this is not how a customer should be treated. Giving 2 stars because at least the lady helped me out putting wigs on, but Ill keep looking. At least giving a little smile and friendliness to your customers would be nice, but I guess thats not likely in this store...

Like most other reviewers I received the same horrible customer service. The reason why the girls are racist is they are trained to be by the store owner. And dealing with him is like talking to a brick wall. He really doesnt care about the customer at all! Even when his employees screw up he will still turn it around and make it your fault. He actually had the nerve to tell me I should have been "paying closer attention instead of chit chatting. "It took Everything in me not to go off but I wasnt about to give him the satisfaction. I just simply told him that me nor anyone I know would be back.

Guy who runs the counter is rude AF. Youre getting black dollars, at least pretend like youre happy and not disgusted to see us come in there..& speak like you care . Each time I come here because its closer and each time you act like you dont want to be bothered with us. Id rather pass this place now and drive to Tampa.. On the weekends I may look busted like have no money, but Im over 6 figures darling .. and Ill make sure you wont get another penny of my money or anyone I know.

Worst beauty supply store ever!!!! The manager Azul called me a stripper because of the way I look. The employees are dumb ass thots that dont know anything about the products and were very rude when assisting me. Azul also took my phone and started looking for nudes as he was talking about how hot girls in Vegas are which made me feel very uncomfortable, and when I tried to get my phone back he refused. The manager is a pervert and the girls are busted ass hood rats.

-____- Ughhhh where do I start?? Limited selection. Theyll have a good brand but theyll only carry one product (like shampoo but no conditioner). The store is cluttered and dark. There are dusty, expired beauty products on the shelves. The staff is unwelcoming, they act like youre in their way or inconveniencing them by being there. Really tho, who hires these people??? Only reason they got two stars is for being open on Sunday when no one else was.

Worst experience at a beauty supply store. We were racially profiled. Followed around and received the same service at their "sister store" off parsons. I wont spend a dime at either one. If they dont like black ppl they shouldnt run a business that caters to black hair care. I am a Christian and dont think any customer deserves to be treated this way!

Im not sure why everyone says theyve been racially profiled here . Im a stylist and have been a loyal customer since theyve opened . I send all of my clients here because the hair is very reasonably priced and the customer service is GREAT. Their products are very up to date from the classics to whats trending . Never had a bad experience .

I bought a shampoo sprayer and a 2 piece comb set for my dryer. So now they cant help me until the boss come back. It less than 10 dollars and yes its open how else will I know it doesnt work. What kind of company cant exchange for a item that can work. I will just go to Sallys where my money has value and the products are good.
