August 11th 2017 7A.Mish....I bought a 30 dollar Xbox Gift card for my sons birthday.I returned an hour later with the receipt for the CORRECT Xbox live membership card!!! Both are green in color and practically identical....SIMPLE HONEST mistake! The Manager told me that supposedly due to policy it couldnt be returned or refunded because it was past an hour of the purchase ...and to make the situation even worse she was RUDE and SUGGESTED to me if I could just GIVE it to" SOMEONE ELSE!!! " I will NEVER shop at a Walgreens AGAIN! CVS Has never have gave me a problem when making a simple return....GREAT people too.I work hard for my MONEY and I normally never write a review, but I felt mistreated and just dont want anyone else to experience such a lack of respect !!! I suggest if you do buy something , then buy it from a C.V.S or a Wal-Mart!!! At least those two companys will NOT try to KEEP YOUR hard earned MONEY to UP the sales quota for the shift!

Love the store and the pharmacy staff are fast and efficient but the walk in clinic doc left me kinda cold. She took several test to determine what I had and then was actually trying to show me how to read the test results with her. When your sick, you dont care to try to read your own test results, a simple yes or no will do. She also mis-diagnosed me. Ended up going to ER same day and they knew exactly what I had upon exam alone, no tests needed.

They are much friendlier than the CVS across the street (and Walgreens is 24 hours and has a wider selection) and many of the staff and pharmacists go out their way to get to know the customers. If they are out of my medication the pharmacist will call the other nearby Walgreens to help me find it. It saves me a lot of time and trouble and I really appreciate it.

Staff is friendly for most part. But the building isnt maintained and filthy outside. Parking lot and beds are full of trash...Get it cleaned up...this area isnt the hood.
