Im come here often. They are sweethearts. They are definely not racist however, I must inform newer customers that they have a sign outside of the store stating that kids under a certain age should be accompanied by adults. Its very possible that they may of had problems with peoples children in the past. I do believe itseems possible the lady below may of misinterpreted the situation for it being a race thing when it indeed it was a age thing. Considering she didnt state they were following her (Im sure she is African american). Im a usual customer whose also African American and I have noticed plenty of times that they follow the children because a lot of parents let them roam around the store fondling with the products and they pay no attention to them sadly. If it wasnt a issue to the company they would of never put a sign out there. So..to avoid a similar situation keep a eye on your kids. No offense to anyones parenting styles but clearly past customer experiences has left a bad taste with the company.

When I first walked in an item in my bag beeped , the lady working at the counter looked right at me but said nothing. And I went on shopping. As I was shopping I felt another lady watching me. But I paid it no mind. Went to the counter paid for all my items (spent $50+ on hair products) and continued to walk towards the door. Mind you I beeped when I first came in & nothing was said. All of a sudden they wanted to go through my purse. And made it seem like they was going to find something but DIDNT. Why would I spend that amount of $ just to turn around & steal. Told him he can rewind his cameras & even said yall was watching the whole entire time. No apology or nothing. BUT THEY WANT THE BLACK BUSINESS !!! And treat us like criminals. I will no longer buy from Rose Beauty. Support your fellow black own businesses. We are just a profit. (And I had my little sister with me you know how embarrassing that is. Good thing she is a smart 8 y/o. Smh.)

I always go there to get hair products and and Grace the owner is a lovely woman who is extremely helpful and she spent half an hour with me talking about different hair pieces and products...she is a beautician and knows a lot about what items are better than the rest. She even told me not to buy all the products I carried to the counter because they would damage my hair, so you know she isnt just trying to get the money. Honest woman, I dont know the rest of the people there much but she is great and so is the store!

They have a really nice variety of things to choose from. The staff was also helpful when I couldnt find something. I was able to find everything that I needed . I will go again.
