I started shaving my head and the experience was not entirely pleasant using the mainstream shave gels and after shaves. Enter Nick my shaving consultant at The Art of Shaving. He educated me on products and demonstrated their use and effectiveness without making me feel pressured to buy or rushed. I left the store with a starter kit of oil, shave cream, badger brush, and after shave balm and it has been life changing. My skin doesnt feel raw after shaving and I get an incredibly close and smooth shave every single time. If anything it feels like my scalp was massaged by the razor for 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place and their products, and you should absolutely see Nick for a good experience.

19th Century Shaving

It is a smaller shop in the middle of the mall but it has everything that you could possibly need for wet shaving. The products are awesome. Quality upon quality. Before I used their products I had issues with razor burn and now theyve all but erased those experiences from my memory. The people that work here are also really friendly and helpful.

Although this review is about a month late, I want to say how much I truly enjoyed my experience at this store. The guy who helped me is named Derek. Derek not only knows his stuff but he also makes learning about it fun! I am a huge fan of these products and would not go back to my old way of shaving! Thanks, Derek!
