I come here often and have never had an issue I bring my son every time and theres never a problem. My friend came with me this time with her daughter and apparently its okay that when I leave the aisle the worker is talking BAD about my kid and me to other customers. That is extremely rude and unprofessional. Anything I touch or my kid touched was put back into place and we were out of there within 15 minutes. I am very respectful of other peoples things and when I go into an establishment I discipline my child when necessary. If I had heard this lady There would have been words exchanged as that is extremely rude and being that shes an older lady I would assume the kids she knows are allowed to laugh and talk. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They need a major re-training program if they want to keep their customers. After being a loyal Sally shopper since 2005, they have lost THIS customer for good after the experience here. The workers COMPLETELY ignore you if you want assistance, and one of them yelled at my toddler daughter, who was literally doing nothing but standing next to me. Apparently she saw her reaching for a product on the shelf, which was an outright lie since she was at the other end of the store, and I was standing inches from my daughter. Completely appalled by this store and will go out of my way to shop elsewhere.
