I wouldnt recommend shopping at this beauty supply as their business ethics are close to non existent. Im not sure if they are under new management but there is a new lady present who isnt fair in her practices what-so-ever. They advertise buy one get one free for Sopreno Brazilian hair however she refused to honor the advertisement. Instead she insisted that the hair was "two packs for $80"..not to mention that one pack is $39.99 so of course you can get two packs for $80. I purchased two packs,not really knowing how many I would actually need. I ended up using one pack. The other pack of hair was never opened and still beautifully wrapped. I called to inquire about their return policy because it wasnt listed on their receipt and to no surprise, she stated they do not accept returns. I asked not even for store credit and she hung up on me!!! I will be sticking to All Plus Beauty supply store and Sallys in Bradenton where advertised prices are honored and you can return unused items.I suggest you do the same if you would like to be treated fairly and with respect.

Awful. Be sure to look in the package and make sure its the correct hair color!!!! I asked multiple times are you sure the color in this is what is says and she said yes. For the price I paid was a lot!!!! I am mad!!!

Cicelys is professional and helpful. It is also near where I live so I dont have to go to Bradenton where the owner is not as great.
