I usually love to go there its the closest to my gouse..but usually always go to Gahanna location because they always have the product in stock..Im not saying this place is the worst bc its not..but there is one person in particular that works thete..not the manager, but a employee that has the worst attitude and customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Which actually deters me from wanting to go there! The blonde who pretty much looks like shes shes straight from the trailer park! Im not a rude person and not judgmental but she needs to be fired! Has the worst attitude/wont give u any product knowledge/ and has even said things about hating her manager! The manager is awesome there! I went in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to beat the holiday rush and to get product deals before they ran out..this girl wouldnt give me any information and was so rude..even went back on black Friday when she was there and still gave me the worst attitude ever! Working retail before,being a manager, and a business owner myself,..I dont know how this girl still has a job! She complained to everyone that prior Wednesday how she didnt want to be there and how she got called that morning by the Manger and got reamed..she probably deserved it! How does she still have a job there?
