ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service ever. The women that work in this place are EXTEMELY rude. I have purchased hair for extensions in my salon for years. Recently, I have experienced horrible results with the Lord and Cliff and Sopranos brand. I have had extensive training in various extension. Recently the last 5 sets of extensions that I have done have all complained of the extensions slipping and the hair falling out of the actual bonds. I took one customer back into the store with me to show them what was happening and they told me "they have had no other complaints" yet I spoke with other stylist in the area that have said them same. In addition, I spoke with the young man who works there and he said the indeed have had issues with the hair sheding from the bonds and the bonds slipping. I asked them if I could return the hair and get a refund. I was told no!! One specific customer paid 500.00 and she had 10 strands in her head after 30 days. This is ridiculous. They said it was b/c she didnt take care of the properly. The lady has had extensions for 6 years and has NEVER had a problem. The other girl whose extensions are falling out is a stylist and she DEF. KNOWS how to take care of them. Im afraid to see what I am in for with the other customers who I have put them in recently. I WILL NEVER get hair from this place again. When I expressed concern the old woman who runs the store said "where else are you going to get hair??? there is no where else so you just have to deal w/ the hair" NO I dont. If I have to order the hair I will but I REFUSE to use substandard hair on my clients. HORRIBLE

Two stars and not 1 because they have a great selection, but the bad attitude more than twice is something I wont tolerate. The products they have are pretty extensive... HOWEVER, I asked where I could find a certain product (I did ask very respectfully) and the young man who works there rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude as if I was bothering him as he told me where it is. Sorry guy, I didnt mean to ruin your "coffee break" (or whatever it was you had in your cup) I am in the service/customer service industry and have been for over 10 years. This is the THIRD time I have put the murchandise I planned to purchase back to the shelves because of HIS attitude. I had been accused of stealing once as well. With my integrity, I hardly EVER get out of the building of a bank if I accidentally walk away from the counter with on of their pens! If you dont like to deal with people, then get out of where you are and move on to something that better suites you because THIS is not it. I would rather drive to Tampa to find a similar store than spend my money where they treat their business like an annoying sibling and talk about the people who work hard for a living to make a living for THEM. The two older ladies were sweet, but the young mans attitude trumped it for me.

Ive never had an issue with any of the hair purchased here, and my mom and I have been coming here for years. Sew ins and glue ins, both have turned out great. I also know women from different nationalities who now buy their hvair and other products from Silky. They even have a bigger selection than Sallys and the prices are in everyones budget. If youre confused on what color to get for extensions, its like they have the color wheel memorized and know more about your hair than you do. The only thing I dont care for are some of their very young associates who are sometimes rude but other than that, Id tell anyone and everyone to go there.

My first time in store I ordered a $200 wig. I called spoke with two women after 8 days who stated they were unable to find my order and to c/b the next day to spk w/Paul. Went into store next day and spk w/Paul. Order was placed 9 days prior and I was NOT contacted to say that wig was no longer being made. WILL NOT GO BACK. Women were rude on the phone and would not stop talking. The visit to order a wig was horrendous. I have never worn one and salesperson was so busy, I had to try on wigs myself without help. Told her this was new to me, and received no help about care, how to loosen/tighten, shaping if needed, nothing.

Shopped here twice had a great experience. On my third time I entered to get razors and was immediately accused of stealing an item for 50 cent Lol as soon as I walked in the little dick real mad Asian man decided to call the police I waited with my wife police never showed . so either he has an issue with black or gay people not quite sure . then he told me Florida law was I have to leave if he doesnt want me in his store I just have to leave with no reason. I asked for camera footage of me stealing he had no proof. He claimed to be the manager Paul Im still waiting for the police you so hard up for a 50 cent item

The worker here chased me out of the store as I left and accused me of stealing, because I left without buying something. The store mainly carries ethnic hair extensions and the rest were synthetic (as far as I could see, both of the workers ignored me when I asked where my texture of hair was located), and I am Caucasian and cannot wear ethnic hair, and I dont wear synthetic, so obviously I decided I was in the wrong store and left, only for her follow me out like a lunatic. Trust me lady, I could buy and sell your entire store if I wanted. I have no need to steal your cheap ass hair.

This Place Makes Me Sick.. The Staff Working There are So Rude It Blows My Mind.. They are unhelpful, disrespectful, and they look to try and get innocent people in trouble for something they never even attempted.. I am beauty Liscensed professional and their products and staff are the worst around. If you work somewhere you need to actually at least care about what you do, these people act like they flew over from China as slave workers. This place is somewhere Ill never go into again as long as I live. Save yourself the stress and dont go here. Its not worth your money or your time.

I have been serving this business for many years. I know Paul and most of these employees. As the design expert for this business, they simply have too much inventory. I am surprise how they manage all that they do. Silky beauty supply welcomes anyone and everyone to come and shop as they please, they are extremely family oriented. We are internationally known! We apologize for anyone that has felt under minded or disrespected. We will try our best to refine our customer service abilities and communication.

Last time I came here the service was fantastic and I left with over $300 in extensions. I decided it was a good place to go back for cosplay wigs and got watched like a hawk. I didnt have a purse or any decent pockets. I was just walking around the wigs and she literally stood within feet of me watching me. I turned and asked her if she was just going to stand there and watch me and she responded with "basically, ya." Are you kidding me? I left immediately. Thats just blatantly disrespectful.
