NOT a happy camper here! I was on and off hold for a half hour just to see if they had the car seat and stroller that was on my daughters baby registry in store. I spoke to at least 4 different people, they asked me SEVERAL times how to spell her last name, said they couldnt find her, but the very first lady I spoke to found her and read me exactly what I was calling for to begin with, but had to transfer me to the "specialist" .....it just got worse from there! I usually dont write reviews, but this was uncalled for. They all passed the problem from one employee to the next! Step it up people.

I went in today to exchange an item I recieved from my registry for a different size. The employees worked promptly to help me however, they had the worst attitudes. They acted like I was bothering them as they used irritable tones with me when i asked further questions bc they didnt have the size i requested. I left without exchanging anything. Very dissappointed, their customer service is usually great in my experience.

I am so pleased with this store for all the help they given me while I was looking for an item that was just resently put on clearance and could be found no where within reason. I was over 100 miles away and they found the item and had it shipped to my door in less than 24 hours.......Very, very pleased.

A go to place for any parent with children under 5. They are not the cheapest but they have good quality products. There staff is also very knowledgeable. They help me and my wife out a few times as we are first time parents.

Friendly staff, the only issue I ever run into is the register. Everyone is usually helping customers so its easy to forget everybody else standing at the register whose been helped.

Shelves werent stocked, prices were not as advertised. Hard to find an employee when you need help. Checkout line was long and slow. Wont go there again.

Great selection of baby clothes and items. Wish they had more Toddler items especially in toys. The toys r us store is just a little to far away.
