Purchased a recliner that is supposed to have a limited lifetime warranty on the frame, and on top of that we purchased the extended warranty. I can understand that the store has a policy of a 10-day return period, and that this is day 11, but how is a chair with multiple warranties, that is missing parts from the factory, subject to a $50 charge on day 11? This is nothing but a money grab, as the manager told us on day 11 we should have paid the $99 delivery fee and we wouldnt have to pay for a service call less than 2-weeks into ownership. At one point we were told we could take the chair back to Mulberry to be repaired! After much hassle on the phone and via text where we confirmed and sent photos that a spring was missing from the working mechanism FROM THE FACTORY, how do you have the nerve to suggest we pay more after sitting in this chair for less than 11 days? We have been customers of Badcock for over 20-years. We had to call a different location, where we normally do our business, and they said to pay the fee, but that we would be taken care of. If another location can address this, this location should have been able to make us happy customers. I understand that service is an expense, but its also your chance to shine as a company and ensure that we are future customers...not at this location. BEWARE shopping here or be smart and choose a more customer friendly location.

Since Dougs passing, their customer service has really suffered. Customers should not have to continually call to see if their furniture has arrived for pick up, chase associates down and so on. Communication is key to happy customers and Badcock Pinellas Park has really dropped the ball. Promising to call- no phone calls. Promising furniture by a certain date per the paperwork- then re-promising (hoping) it comes the following Saturday. Im a paying, long time customer- and Im offended that I cant even get a courtesy phone call saying the items I ordered have yet to arrive two weeks later- as promised-and then told that theres nothing I can do but wait. Silly me, I thought I was paying for this furniture not getting as a gift!

I bought a $2,000 mattress and after 3 months it had wrinkles in it. They told me they would replace it. They sent a represenative to my house and stated that since I had a stain on it they would not replace it. I spent over $5,000 at this store too!! Please do not use this company or store. Really pathetic. Ian is the one I dealt with and was no help because he already had my money. I will definetly be calling the Better Business Bureau re; this!! Be aware!!

Spent 1800$ and as per their flier, was supposed to get 200$ worth of accessories with any purchase over 999$. The furniture wasnt delivered for over a week and we never received the accessories. I called and they said they were back ordered and wed get them eventually. Still nothing. They also tried to tack on every expense that they could without asking, such as 100$ insurance for my couch. What a joke.

The second I walked into the store, I was greeted by two friendly store associates. I was in search of a king mattress set, and needed financing. Quentin, the store manager, worked with me on my credit application. He was very professional and courteous. The process was painless. I was approved for more than I needed, but am happy to do business with this location in the future. :)

By far hands down the best customer service I have ever received. I didnt feel ripped off when I left. The general manager Larry and sales associate Steve were very patient and helpful with my decision makings. I will definitely be going thru them for all my future furniture needs.

Older and outdated building but the staff is friendly and courteous, also they have a great selection of furniture and appliances to choose from and are willing to finance just in case you cannot pay for the entire amount all at once all in-store financing is available!
