Dont judge a book by its cover! I went all over town trying to find several pieces of furniture. I first drove by Room Depot because I didnt think they would have quality products judging by the view from the street. I read a few reviews online and decided to give them a shot... I found a chair I wanted at Ashley Furniture and a table somewhere else. Room Depot had both pieces of furniture for $300 LESS for each piece! The delivery guys were great! They called and said they would be here at the exact time they showed up - and did a great job to take their time and put things together correctly. I cant begin to explain how professional everyone was from start to finish - something several of these other fancy stores could take note from. Overall, great experience and I will be not only a repeat customer, but I will recommend them to everyone!

Good old bait and switch. Talk about false advertisement. Went in for one piece which they had advertised and they told me it was out of stock but they could get it it would just be there in a few weeks, then they tried to talk me into another pricier piece under the " 12 month price match after you guy guaranteed" routine. Well I found the piece at another store for $120 less and when I asked them if they would price match it they refused and tried to say if I ordered online I would have to pay shipping when I could just go pick it up there... I can only imagine what would happen if anything came damaged or incomplete. I think I will go to Ashleys and pay a bit extra not to be swindled.

They sold me a coaster couch for 900 when the sofa retails for 500. The sofa is supposed to come included with an Ottoman like it is says and shows in the coaster website and on theres and it didnt. I didnt realize that till after I got the couch, do your research before u buy from here. I was so angry. I have only had the sofa for 27 days and the cushions where people sit are already worn out . They told me they dont do exchanges or returns unless its a day or two after the couch is bought, I was like WTF? When I found my receipt I checked the date it had not been thirty days. They told me they only take back when its only been a day or two. Never again !

They lie and steal from you. I spent a lot of money here and had a problem with an Ashley Furniture sofa with the stiching coming loose. Called several times over months and got the run around. Never got fixed. Called Ashley Furniture and they didnt care at all about a dealer who didnt back their products. They financed it and the "90 days same as cash" is a complete rip off. 95% interest! are you crazy! Stay Away!

I purchased a condo on the beach in Clearwater. I stopped by this place on the way our of town. Great prices and selection btw. I moved back for good about a month later....(to hell with Boston snow). Called them a week before my arrival and purchased one of the package deals from them. I put them in touch with the condo maintenance crew and when I arrived, everything was in my condo all set up. PERFECT!
