I really enjoy Target. Yes, we all know about the data breach issues from the past, but I do like the cleanliness of the store and the clothing. The only issue I have had in store has been the customer service side while in store. Most of the retailers that I have been to are willing to work with you, but Target representatives in the customer service department have been lacking the ability to solve problems. Its either they dont want to, or the company does not give them the initiative to do so.

Got completely stocked up for back to school for tax free weekend and the clothing section is the best of the big name department stores. Also managed to get flu shots before we left which gave us a discount on the final purchase. Ive always felt like you pay for the quality of the selection at Target making it a little bit more expensive than other department stores. This Target also does not play music while you shop which I personally dont like.

at the self checkout it took the lady 10 minutes to come over to help me I wont be back at target customer service today is very terrible and they are not polite when you ask them nicely and you say yes maam and no maam nobody has any good customer skills these days at Target stores for that matter that goes for any store anymore

I love this store. I visit at least twice a week and have an easy time finding what I need and checking out fast. The only thing I see that needs improved is that their 2 trash cans located at the entrance always seem to be overflowing with trash. Gives a bad first and last impression of the store, thus the one star deduction.

Wow. I went into shock when I entered the shoe dept. It looked like a bomb had hit it ! What a mess. There were shoes all over the floor. There were shelves w/ mixed up shoes out of boxes. The whole dept was a jumbled up mess. It sure wasnt what I expected to see at that location. It was a disgusting mess, Im sorry to say.

Pretty much the same as any other Target in the known universe, both good and bad. I usually know what I need, they usually have it. 800 checkout lanes, only 1 is staffed, usually with 3-4 other employees staring at you. Theres a Starbucks inside if the actual standalone Starbucks 100 yards away doesnt do it for you.

Who can not like Target? :) the stories and fairly good condition on my cleanliness scale and the employees are nice but it seems as if its hard to track them down if they are needed. Also in the baby section, a lot of items are out of stock or in the wrong place and unable to be located

Target has alot of variety. Nice clothing, with some groceries, the cost of boots, shoes & clothing is priced right. Lots of clothing are on clarence youll find great deals for the whole family & also has a pharmacy. A great place to shop!!

This is one of the best targets in Columbus. Secret gem for people who like to shop target. This location is usually not crowded and always has clean fully stocked shelves. The associates are very friendly.

This place has EVERYTHING I need. And they even have a slime section for anyone who likes making slime. The service is great, and its very clean. I would DEFINITELY recommend that you come here.

I love the merchandise...affordable and contemporary clothing and home goods. Generally, I find the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Display merchandise can be out-of-stock and messy at times.
