The employees at this location are EXCELLENT!!! Was having an off day, but needed to get a few things, as I was going through the store, which Im not familiar with this location, I needed assistance in finding some of the items, there were employees in every direction I went and were very helpful...happily helpful to assist me...to make a long stressful story short..I had lost my phone, then at the checkout I didnt have the card I needed to pay for my items, because it was with my phone..so many employees offered and did assist me in trying to locate my lost items but to no avail we could not find them...until someone did find my phone, contated me and went and got both my phone and card back...THANK YOU..but my story didnt end there...the next day when I called to speak to a manager...her name is Denise..and was an ANGEL!!! I wanted to express my gratitude for the AMAZING job her employees did...that comes from good training from management..and when I explained all that had happened, she went BEYOND just customer service, she had me come back to the store and reversed the transaction that I had to pay cash for, due to my lost card, refunded my cash and then charged my transaction to the card that I had intended to use!!!!!☺...So I SINCERELY SEND MY BIGGEST THANK YOU TO DENISE AND HER TREMENDOUSLY OUTSTANDING STAFF!!! I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL THAT WALMART IS A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION STORE!!!

Today may have been one of the wost experience I have ever had as a consumer. I went to Wallmart to buy some car maintenance items and as I was shopping I was nibbling on some dry fruit. when I reached the register I realized I had left my wallet in the car. I put my items to the side and ran out for my wallet. As I am walking out I get caught by two elementary school drop outs, they call security guys. I explained to them that I had left my wallet in the car and I was going for it. They said they could not allow it that they had caught me stealing. The would not let me go from the little room threatening that they would call the police if I did not give them all my personal information. The morons even asked me for my ID. The one that I had explained was in the car that they would not let me get. After 45 minutes Mark decided to accompany me to the car to get the wallet. Then I had to argue with them to let me pay the raisins which they said I could not have because it was evidence. I acknowledge I made a mistake. But their inability to superimpose logic over procedure is Walmarts main obstacle between maybe the worst service in the industry and really bad service. It was like being caught in a dumb and dumber moment.

I parked here overnight, for one night. I was bobtail, & well off to the periphery. At 7AM, I had the displeasure of meeting assistant manager James, a pompous twerp w/zero interpersonal skills. He woke me by loudly knocking on my truck. Good Luck to James if he keeps doing that. Plenty of guys will punch him in the face for that. He proceeded to order me out of the parking lot, as trucks are not allowed. I asked where the signs were that announced this policy. He said they didnt need them, & I had 10 minutes before he called the police. He tried to blame me for $24K in vehicle damages attributed to big trucks. I had done none. Shooting down his arguments only brought a larger hissy fit... An email to corporate brought no reply. Im an OTR driver who is very clean & respectful. I spent $400-$500 per month at Walmarts across the country, mostly on groceries. That is now a thing of the past. I will not do business w/a company that employs such rude people. Without big trucks, every Wallys would have to close down inside of one week. I can get my groceries at any supermarket. Ass.James just cost you around $5K per year, Walmart. I wonder how many more thou$and$ that jerk is costing you :).

The worst deli service. Nothing sliced. You want 4 things they have to open cut re wrap then weight item then repeat. Usually a line of people. By the time order is completed most customers have left the counter. Why is the service so horrible and not client friendly? I have asked and questioned the answer is : then buy pre cut on so and so freezer . I dont want pre cut/pre packaged, I want sliced deli. Go to a Meijer store and look at their deli counter. They even haca a small fridge POD with the specials of the day, pre cut to half pounds or less, a variety of meats and cheese and they are empty by the time 7 oclock comes around. Do you review your sales o the deli counter? Have they disappeared? This is probably why. There is no service. Sad to see service going down so much. I am giving a star because I have no cero star choice, and is not the people, it is your no pre cut and spend 80 percent of the time with the customer un wrapping re wrapping that most waiting customers cannot take.

I went into this location to purchase a few items and to recieve cash back on my debit this morning. After going to three registers I was told it was to early in the morning they could not give mr cash back. I asked for a manager one finally arrived only to be told the same thing. I ask if he could give the cashier a loan so I could complete my transacation, he so yeah I can do that he walked away and never returned. I waited for over 15 minutes he did not return. I went to the customer service area and asked for the manager. Long story short when the manager arrived it wasnt the same person it was the Head manager. He finally located the front end manager who had me waiting. He asked him why did he leave me waiting his reply the cash machine was done. My response and you could not relay this message to me?? The store manager apologized and wanted to help. But I left without making a purchase. Mejiers here I come!!! Thank you Walmart for nothing.

Theyve got almost anything you need, minus a few things that youll need to go to Meijer, or Kroger for. But honestly... a whack Wal-Mart... 80% of the staff are either rude, or not friendly. The parking lot is constantly a disaster with trash, gum, cigarette butts, etc. And the carts are all over. Then the programs that set up by the entrance and exits to sell stuff bombard you to get you to buy what theyre selling. Most of the time if there out Ill go through the recycling door to avoid them. Half of the self check out kiosks either do not work, or they only take debit, or credit which just further holds up the lines since they only have 5 out of 30 registers ever open even on holidays.

I always go to this Wal-Mart since its a mile down the road from me. I get my oil changed there and everything. This past time in May they noticed something wrong with my oil pan then said they would cover the cost of it if I took it to a shop. Well the pan was on back order so I had to wait for it to come in. I went and got the new pan out it but now Wal-Mart is telling me I have to pay it out of pocket and they will pay me back. I spoke to James the assistant manager and he was very rude and disrespectful. Someone told me I am not the first person that he acted like that towards. I dont understand how he still has his job if he is so rude and a smart a**.
