I ordered a leather Chamois with My Points for Xmas and order went through perfect. I received my "Ready for Pickup" email and made my way to the store, the associates were at a loss to how to Process my order and after fifteen mins I finally had to show them the spot where my order should have been. They were out of stock and had NOT put my order away for me as SHOULD have happened. I was told they would call when they got it in, Im still waiting for that call. This is terrible customer service and should not be allowed to happen for such a large company. I will be giving bad reviews anywhere I can find to do so. I will NOT ever recommend Sears to any friends or family in future. This was insult to injury after I had tires fitted by Sears and they also ripped me off by NOT installing new stems as I had paid for. This all adds up to VERY bad business ideals. I feel cheated and hate having my time wasted. I will now have to go back over 4 times to get my issues resolved and get what I paid for. BEWARE people. Not worth the time or effort. Other places actually care and want your business. UPDATE: I had an issue with my tires so gave sears another chance and again ordered another set online. When they arrived, the Manager "Mike Fleshman" helped me out personally and worked his hardest to resolve my issue which he did and I was really happy to have such good service on my next visit. They did unfortunately double charge me for fitting/balance/valve/disposal fee but I believe this is a sears issue with tying online to actual sears as there system is not connected and they cannot access bills etc of each unit. Other than that I upped my rating to 4 stars. Maby on my next visit it will become 5.

Mixed review. We went in looking for a bed. First sales person was awesome (Chris Ives). Felt like he cared about us , polite friendly and answered questions with a warm friendly attitude, even suggested if we could wait for sale on Sunday we would save even more. Well we went back on Saturday to try and see if we could finalize our selection. Was met with the "that guy!" sales person. Was sitting on a couch. said nothing. We looked around for like 5 minutes. He then shouted have questions just ask. All good so far. The bad. Once we had some questions. It was like pulling teeth getting answers. Is there not a sale on Sunday? "I dont know" could you check? " I guess" this went on for just a few minutes I could not take his attitude further. So he had went to call someone to ask questions. I inquired if it was Chris Ives. He said yes. So when asked if Chris was working Sunday , next day mind you, I dont know was the answer again , schedule has not come out. Really, Really you do not know who works tomorrow. fed up we continued to look around without him. We decided we needed a temporary sleeping mattress as we needed something now. I went to up to the sales staff (4 of them standing just talking) and said I would like to purchase a mattress , but i do not want that sales person helping me. I was told we do not work in that dept. and can not do it. Mr. I dont know got real pissy than and told us we should just leave the store. I talked to the manager, laughs that went in one ear and out the other. Sad that sears must be making so much money that they dont want your money.

Waiting three months for a curtain rod. Got the email to pick up two months ago, but they couldnt find it. They promised to mail it to me when it came in, but now they are refusing. Ive had quite a few orders get lost. At the pick up area, if they cant find your order right away, you will sit there for an hour while they take care of everyone else and their mother because they do not want other people to wait more than five minutes. They regularly send wrong items. When you try to exchange the incorrect item, the sub-standard staff cant find it in your order history, so they try to refuse. You have to explain over and over and over again that because it is the wrong item, it is the correct item that will show in your order history. They also give your paid orders to strangers. Their coupons and deals rarely work, so you basically have to order online to see what will work. They like to send you all around the store and back again to fix their errors. Oh, and they do not like getting their own stuff back, even when they ship you a box of broken glass and you can show them they put said glasses in another box with no styrofoam or anything. Now, for the person who faulted them because she couldnt find the entrances? Really? Those would be the sets of doors that said "SEARS" over them. Get real. They have enough problems without you blaming them for your inability to read five huge letters.

I dont know what everyone elses problem is with this store, but Ive had only good experiences shopping here. I think some of the complaints are just made up, like one person said theres no entrance from the outside, but thats totally untrue- theres one on each side of the Whole Foods. The staff is friendly, the store is well-maintained and well-stocked, and even with the Whole Foods now taking up a big chunk of the first floor it still has an unbelievable range of products and services. Also, this is the only department store in the Countryside mall that sells young mens clothes beyond just formal attire. I pretty much get all of my clothes from this one store now because the combination of style and price is unbeatable, and for the record Ive seen quite a few other guys doing the same thing after stumbling in by accident. Sears isnt your dads store anymore, so give it a chance instead of just assuming youre too good for it.

The one star is even overrated -- I visit this mall on a regular basis and Sears is only frequented with I need a Sears only replacement item. This store is filled with lazy, incompetent personnel; both in person and on the phone, Ive had lousy customer service and a simple store visit for an item in the hardware/tools area took me 40mins as I needed assistance and the very old man that I eventually found had "no clue" and those were his words, not mine. So I waited another 20mins for a dept mgr -- all for a lousy shop vac filter. They are usually under-staffed and/or those that are on the clock are hiding in other depts chatting with other employees. Other than browsing the depts., I loathe having to go to Sears when I need a replacement part for sears only products. I have nothing against senior employees as I usually find them to be more helpful and knowledgeable than younger employees, but NOT in this store.

My review is on the fine jewelry department. The staff isnt friendly at all, except Clara, she is very nice and helpful! However Indira specifically is absolutely not personable at all! She is ignorant and frankly...rude. I have dealt with her on 2 occasions now. She will make you wait when there are no other customers, and even when there are other customers around youll be waiting until she feels like attending to you. Other customers were around when we brought a ring back to get repaired under their care plan and they were in awe at how unfriendly she was... we just told them good luck and they laughed about it. Unfortunately im not in any mood for humor when dealing with the jewelry department and i prefer a more professional attitude.
